Good God... how did they win best soap? The best soap is Molten Brown. Fact. (Lime and Patchouli, specifically!) What with dozy Rosie, booed Jude and airy-fairy Rosemary... think we'll all be reaching for the remote control by the time Jude has emerged from his kennel!

I think Daniel is a real drip, and I found the opening scene between him and Sinead last night really cringe-making.

I get why they had the (stupid) moth story (to ruin the factory for aliyah) but I hope they don’t start writing Daniel as drippy’s sidekick in her dress business. He had his own budding career as a journalist, he turned down a chance at Oxford, no way should he be lugging bags of moth eaten clothes around storage rooms.

Yes people always get dumbed down on Corrie, Daniel will probably end up in the factory stitching knickers. Dev is awful, I had no idea what he was saying to Leanne, just awful.

Wasn't Daniel supposed to be on his way to Oxford or Cambridge to do a Master's? You're right about the knicker stitching, or serving at Dev's probably.

Yes i think he stayed because sinead got pregnant but then she terminated and I think it was too late for him to go by then.

God sake. Why would moths be an issue when there's not a bit of natural fabric in the whole factory? Polyester and nylon as far as the eye can see. Hmm

Surely Daniel would have noticed masses of moths on the clothes when he bought them?

Sinead had a good look in the bag too and didn't spot a moth. Then in a matter of hours the entire place was crawling with invisible moths.

What a stupid storyline! I've never seen anything eaten by a moth in my life, yet that one bag of clothes infested a whole factory and chewed through two bras!

What happened to the storyline with Beth and Kirk doing Carla’s dirty work at the factory? Wasn’t the order that Beth doctored supposed to bring the factory to it’s knees? Nothing actually happened!and Beth and Kirk are in Aidens flat with really cheap rent because they are in Carla’s pocket to bring the factory down, why are storylines just completely forgotten?

I think Sinaed does know about Daniel and Carla... didn't she see Carla leaving Daniel's flat first thing one morning and snogging him on the doorstep? It was around the time of 'will-see-won't-she get back with him story line.

Sinead does know about Daniel and Carla, she saw them kissing as she went to visit Daniel to tell him she loved him.

For some reason she was doing that by giving him a fly swatter.

I think Beth then told everybody else and Peter was jealous.

Carla invited Sinead to the hospital and gave Sinead a talk about how Daniel really loved her, then she gave her a box of underwear and told her to go use it on Daniel. Which was weird.

Yes Carla was broke not so long ago, wasn’t she stealing from Nick if I remember correctly, now she has a never ending pot of money giving Aiden the factory, buying into Maria’s business and I presume still owning the house in Devon and the flat that Johnny rents off her!

I cannot warm to Sean nor sympathise with him. I can't decide if he's supposed to be young or not, he looks about 50.
