Last night was absolute shit - Lachlan gets whacked over the head and falls headlong down a steep bank, Rebecca falls into a heap of leaves yet shortly afterwards, she is completely unconscious and he is able to drag her to a hut.

Also we don't need any vomit-inducing references to Misty and Rodney's sexlife or April's PITA smugness.

Please get rid of Dan, Daz and Amelia, Her current facial expression and acting consists of sticking her nose in the air. Beth is a completely pointless character whom nobody cares about, but in true Emmerdale fashion, she will become a fixture and be part of some boring drawn-out story line that people don'r care about either.

Is Amelia one of the script writers now ?

The Amelia missing story line just didn't work because nobody cares about Amelia. The more it gets dragged out it just shows up how awful Amelia, Dan and Daz are. The look on Kerry's face now in every scene is like she can't believe the shit lines and actors she has to work with.

Ember dale is truly shit at the moment tempted to stop watching . If Ross Aaron and rob were in every episode I would change my mind pretty quickly

It's so boring right now and I couldn't care less about Sarah and Paddy and Chas. Emmerdale really needs an overhaul.

I have no idea where Lisa has gone. They never seem to mention it, other than 'has anyone told Lisa yet'. Is she with granny clegg, or is that just Belle?

Lisa has gone away to work with young people in Scotland I think. The actress has back problems in real life and needed a break for a while.

I think she's dead and he's buried her. Lydia commented on how muddy his clothes were and that he'd been out late. Presumably digging a grave. I don't get the significance of the suitcase though.

I really liked Rebecca since her head injury - I loved how blunt she had become and how she had no filter. She could be very funny. I also really liked Gerry, so I wish the producers would hurry up and stop Lachlin killing off the best characters!

Why do the writers think non stop doom and gloom and constant tragedy is what the viewers want? Isn't the point of a soap in part escapism?

Why can't we have some gentleness, some good fun without it resulting in disaster.

He would have been muddy from falling down into that pit and knocking himself out shortly before Rebecca knocked herself out by falling into a pile of leaves. . That time when he woke up straight away yet she stayed out cold long enough for him to drag her back to the cabin. .

I think Emmerdale have a good mixture of comedy and drama.

I think Sarah's new friend in the hospital (was it Dom?) will die and she'll have his heart.

Megan on the bike was pathetic. What is it with Emmerdale and people doing over the top things to win people back?

I wonder what is in the suitcase, the camera keeps zooming in on it so presumably something significant? Lachlan is a great actor but the constant pained look and pursed lips are really beginning to grate on me. I can't believe all these seemingly intelligent people in the village are buying all the texts Rebecca is sending (only to Lachlan) saying she is not coming back, abandoning Seb etc and just accepting "it's the head injury talking". Her former bestie Victoria seems totally unconcerned.

STILL can't believe no-one has mentioned calling Andy about Sarah!

Eastie, I think its just that "Lachlan is a killer" is scrawled on the wall where the suitcase is, I hope so anyway otherwise it could be very grim.

Agree with all your points though, how come no one went to the police or doctors about Rebecca, she has a brain injury surely someone would go looking for advice about how she is handling things.

Another character who can't act, Maya. Is Emmerdale now an amdram society?

I think the suitcase is just left behind by some who stayed there. They should have used a different prop!

I don't think Seb would be too happy with Lachlan babysitting him somehow.

I don't like Maya because she reminds me of Meg Ryan who I find very annoying.

What was Maya in before, she's familiar but can't place her.

Just had a mammoth catchup of almost a month's worth of episodes and have some thoughts! 1. The doctor that Rishi is chasing is probably about Jai's age. 2. What is the point of Graham? Are they actually going to do something with him when he gets back from his clinic? 3. Every time they start making Ross a little bit interesting they just revert back to him selling nicked cars and being a shit. And 4. Could they not just have the actors holding a big banner saying "Sarah will get Chas's baby's heart" because that would be a little less obvious than it is now!
