Diane is being awful to Doug, she seems to have forgotten she lost everything to a con man a few years ago.

Diane really has been horrible to Doug lately. I'm not sure why. I'm sure her character used to be nicer than this. Sure, she always said what she thought but it was usually funnier, now it just seems nasty.

Looks like Liv will try to bring Lachlan down. I'm sure Amelia will be home soon ..".in a coffin". Dr Kavanagh's daughter is taking on Gabby's mantle - but she'll never get in trouble as her dad is a Doctor!! Haha

It's bad but I feel very unengaged with the Amelia story.

I don't know about Diane's finances (surely she has a lot of equity in the B&B bricks and mortar) but Pollard recently got 450k from the sale of the cottage (Debbie lives in) to Joe Tate, he owns a luxury barn conversion and a share of the B&B - I hardly think he needs Lachlan's cash (doesn't Lucky only have about 200k in total - 400k shared with Rebecca as Lawrence was a bit broke at the end?)

Does Liv know what Lachlan did to Gerry?

Is anyone else bored to tears by Doug/Diane/laurel scenes? They’re awful. I have started muting the TV now when either of them are on.

Eric doesn’t need the cash but the B&B does for the repairs. He owns it jointly with Diane but he is refusing to stump up the cash because Diane will let Doug be involved with the running of the place again. So he wants her out of the business.

I was thinking that was an awful quick two weeks as well! I had a quick look online and it said she went missing on the 4th of June I feel they are trying to make us think Daz has something to do with it but now I'm beginning to suspect Leanna Cavanagh after her nasty comments.

She just went out her bedroom window didn’t she? Well that’s what was implied anyway. We didn’t actually see her go.

So 4th of June was 9 days ago. Why are they making it seem longer? Odd.

I really wish chas would tell paddy about the baby. She is all alone.

Is this going to be a grooming story or have they done that already. I'd move out of Emmerdale it seems like an unlucky place to live.

Wasn't Ross shooting Debbie an accident? Although Ross and Sarah's friendship one of the nicest things on Emmerdale.

I also couldn't give the shiniest of shits about Amelia, and I don't care about Sarah either but then I could never warm to any kid of the most miserable character in soap. Joe is way too good for Debbie.

The problem with Emmerdale at the moment is that there's nobody to care about, nobody to root for.
