I've got my MC fusion snacks ready for this evening...

We have Pringles - 3 ways with crispy pomegranate
Salted cashew nuts - in an octopus jus served in an old welly boot
Left over mini eggs - with slightly soggy tuile biscuits and a quenelle of garlic ice cream

They're all on the One Show, as we speak!

I'm slightly conflicted regarding the fact that all 3 finalists are men. Obviously, the best chefs should reach the final but with two male presenters, tonight's show will feel very penis heavy.
