Did Ash just shoot through without a farewell party?

I am behind. Has Ash gone gone? Or gone in the way that they go when the actor’s having a break and the character disappears without warning and is later said to be “surfing up the coast” or something?

Last ep I watched was the shooting of Bad Guy so I have a bit of catching up to do.

I missed Friday so I have no idea what happened.

But it sounds like I need to bring extra ice-cream to the Ferris Bueller party.

I'm surprised at the lack of waving and tears at Ash driving off. That's usually what happens in Aussie soap land...

I don't like the new storyline whereby Tori et all are in danger etc. We've already done that. The mum gangster isn't very convincing

They do have THE worst luck.

Marilyn should adopt Raffy and save her from the plight of being a grown up Morgan

I've just said Mason Morgan for the fist time. Surely you'd pick something different...

Raffy would be so happy and safe and sane growing up with John and Marilyn. Instead, she gets:

Tori “I can only date a man if he previously dated Kat” Morgan.
Justin “I have to date everyone I date on the show in real life as well” Morgan.
Brody “I currently hold the world record for recovery from addiction” Morgan.
Mason “Well, I currently hold the world record for recovery from paralysis not actually aided by Jesus” Morgan.

I guess there’s Buddy though. He seems OK.

Buddy was clearly a bad person in a past life who wanted to go to heaven so God said, prove you're worthy. Show humility and patience, love and understanding even when the people are utterly crazy. Ok said the bad man, just give me a chance. So bad man was put into the body of Buddy to ensure the Morgan's bad luck and histrionics and if he doesn't kill any of them in their sleep, he can go to heaven.

So reckon Ryder and Raffy are gonna have a slip...

Has she died? I knew she was ill. How sad.

Another lurker, who thoroughly enjoys these threads, popping in to say RIP Morag Loved Cornelia right from the start, and in Sons and Daughters previously.

Very sad news, she was such a fixture on the show over the years. (And who the fuck is going to keep everyone out of prison now?!)

I hadn't realised that Cornelia was born in Liverpool until I just saw the sad news on BBC North West. What sad news. I wonder if they'll add that into the show? Morag does pop up in most storylines where someone is going to court (fairly regularly when the Braxtons were still in town!).

Oh no :( Presumably they'll write something in asap, they can't ignore the loss of such a big character. Maybe all the Stewart clam can come together to remember her

I have just read about Cornelia Frances and it is so sad. I hadn’t realised that she was ill. I must admit, I was expecting her to come riding to Robbo’s rescue whe he was looking for a lawyer, and wondered why they hadn’t written her in. It seemed a Morag moment if ever there was one.

I will miss her character. I hope that they manage to write it in somehow and there is a candle lit for her somewhere.

She'd have been amazing facing off against Robbo's lawyer.

She's mentioned too often I think to get away with it whereas if Raffy's sister/cousin is ever needed they'll just replace the actress I think or she'll quietly be forgotten

I also wondered why Morag wasn't roped into rescuing Robbo. She'd have been awesome in court demanding to know what was going on when he was whisked away! I'm going to miss her.

Really sad to hear this, Morag was amazing , developed (reluctant) warmth over the years. I bet the actress was lovely.

Was just popping in to say about Morag/Cornelia. What an actress, loved Morag’s Character so much. I hope they say or do something on the show to mark her passing in real life.

That's very sad, I liked her very much. Well, eventually I liked Morag, I can't say I was keen at first. She grows on you and then you wonder why you didn't always see it. Sign of a great actress I suppose.

I hope they acknowledge her in the show.
