I had a feeling it was Rainey too! DH walked in at the start of the episode and said who is he marrying. (the same DH who lets on he doesn't watch it or care about it). I said 'probably Rainey Tanya's sister'. It would make sense because she is screwed up and together they have a better chance of fighting for custody of the baby perhaps?

I had to laugh at the beginning when somebody said Hi Max, I'm waiting for you to get a machete and come for us' or something similar.

I had NO idea foster parent's houses were rigged with cameras. Surely the baby is not there if the social worker was looking for an emergency family, an emergency family is immediate, not over the following few days, yet the Uncle looked like he was carrying a baby monitor.

Some great lines tonight said to Max.

I remember Kirsty as another 'secret wife' of max's - showed up christmas day when he was about to re- marry tanya on the square, as you do on Christmas day.

he likes a secret wife, he had an affair with the policewoman who died ( Emma?) and Vanessa, the one who wore a lot of white clothes , as well as Stace ( of course). His had more women than Jack.

Am I wrong in thinking the car lot and the 'old car lot' are two different places? I thought the area which Phil gave to Jay was a bit of wasteland which used to have a car lot on and where jays dad had allegedly been killed (it had boxes and rubbish on it when we saw it to show it was authentic wasteland) and I think it was where Phil was blasted to in the explosion? I think the car lot max is now using was the one in most recent use with the portacabin still being the same one as max and Abbie cleaned up to get rid of Lucy's dna? So not actually the same land that Jay sold (or not as the case maybe) the writers do need to sort this loose end out for us don't they? Did Jay ever get the money or does he still own the land?
