That fish skin did look like a bit of old mackintosh, I admit . . .

Watching MC with you guys has cheered me up - had a shit day at work dealing with a staffing problem I lost my day to.

I think the right person went, even though mistakes were made by others.

Poor Louise. I always have sympathy for people who struggle to plate food nicely as I can't do it either!

Tomorrow 8-9

Having worked in many pro kitchens - that chef is an absolute star and I would've loved to work with him. He never truly lost his cool and was complimentary once they'd got it. It's such a hard challenge for the contestants but the chef/restaurant also has their rep to think of - and if they have a star, always the risk an inspector chooses that service to pop in for a bite!

I thought the wrong person went although I thought Louise' s marshmallow thing looked dreadful and I wouldn't have wanted to serve them! Again - I think that chef was much kinder than any I've worked for.

Anyways - roll on tomorrow!
