Has leah split up with Jason and announced that she's pregnant?? It's on Kailyn's twitter but I can't figure out if it's a wind up?!

They've definitely split, don't know about pregnancy though? There's always so much click bait rubbish I just tend to wait for the telly episodes now Cos I cba trawling through it all

Also, does anyone know what's happened to Jenelle's bottom teeth? She looks like she's missing a few all of a sudden.

Poor girl she's clearly a victim of pretty horrific dv. Her poor children. I can't watch her segments anymore.

Nobody can force Jenelle to admit it David is abusing her as she's an adult but I wonder what MTV ,,s view is on this surely if the suspect the kids are at risk they have to inform the authorities if something dreadful happened and MTV haven't done anything ?

If MTV did report it, wouldn't the onus still be on Jenelle to confirm or deny it happening and say she needs help?
I hope she finds a way out before too long, I know we only see a small snippet of their lives but honestly I think it's enough to see what's going on in their relationship.

Leah is incredibly boring now and I find kail boring too. Just watched last nights. Wasn't surprised at the Andrew no show. Although he had a good excuse he could have let Barb know 🙄 I don't think Jace needs anymore let downs in his life.

I feel desperately sorry for Aubrey, I know Chelsea says she understands everything but I think there must be a part of her that still wants that relationship with her dad, even though he's a complete wanker. She must be so conflicted, bless her and she won't want to upset Cole. I think she must be keeping a lot of feelings bottled up inside.

Yes I was thinking the same about Aubree however bad Adam is ,he's still.her dad does she still see how other daughter ( I know she was adopted by her mum's husband .)

I don't know @x2boys obviously she's not been featured on the show since Adam disappeared but whether they meet in private, I don't know. I wonder if Chelsea and Taylor are still in contact, as how else would Chelsea have known about the adoption? Unless it's on social media, like most things.

They met up to go bowling just after Watson was born (I think) and paislee asked if Cole was her dad.
Adam was always much less involved with paislee than Aubree. I think because the drugs came earlier in paislees life, Aubree is his meal ticket and his mum is much more involved with Aubree.

Taylor was a right dick to Chelsea when she was going out with Adam, they teamed up to take Adam to court and then ditched Chelsea and got back with Adam.

I don't get how Caitlin and Tyler get to be so up in arms that Brandon and Teresa are hesitant for a visit with Carly. That poor kid.

@Ginger1982 oh, I feel so awful for Caitlin and Tyler. I really feel that they were exploited when they were teens. If they had had some support in the early days they could have parented Carly themselves. They really just needed a couple of years of housing and some guidance and they would have had time to grow up and they would have been great parents. America has such a lack of social support compared to where I live.

They also clearly didn't fully understand their legal rights and the decision they made at the time. If they had had better advice and support they could have chosen a local family, they could have chosen a family that was happy to agree to access rights. I don't see why they should be bound by a decision they made as children without full understanding. What is the obligation of the agency here? There need to be more measures in place to ensure informed, freely given consent.

Instead, for lack of options and real information, they felt compelled to place her for adoption. Branden and Teresa swooped in and got what they wanted, now it suits them to cast the birth parents aside because their existence interferes with their perfect family. It's all very handmaids tale. I wonder if Carly will resent them. It's complicated and messy but that is her family and her story and I don't think it's fair for her adopted family to cut her birth parents out.

Yes I head what you're saying but maybe that's what wrong with these kind of open adoptions. I just don't think they work. Surely a clean break is better for everyone, then there is no misunderstanding on any side. I can see why Brandon and Teresa want to keep Carly away from the whole MTV circus to be honest.

I think the whole thing is a mess but I don't think it's Brandon and Teresa,s fault I think a lot of people could have helped Caitlyn and Tyler if they had wanted to keep.Carly including MTV!Brandon and Teresa just wanted a family I don't think anyone expected the Teen mom,circus and at the centre of it is a little girl tbh if I was the adoptive parent I would have cut off contact and moved away a long time ago ,the whole thing is unfair on everyone .

I think they made the best decision at the time. Had they known the money etc that was coming from mtv I have no doubt it would be a different story.
Both butch and her mum were utterly vile that episode. They just couldn’t see their (or lack of) parenting was what they were trying to prevent.

I don’t think Brenda and Teresa did anything wrong, I’d imagine they are equally ill prepared to deal with the craziness playing out. How are they are going to parent a teenage Carly with glamorous birth parents.

No, I think she just childminds for her.

I think at the end of the day C and T put Carly up for adoption because it was the right thing at the time. B and T always put Carly first where as C and T always think of their rights as the bio parents.

MTV has a big part to play in the Caitlin and Tyler car crash. When it was 16 & Pregnant, they weren’t getting the $$$ from being on it in the early days, their situation was direwith Butch & April. If it had played out as they thought it would when they signed up, they probably would have got a small paycheque for a one off show, went to college, cut off their parents and likely split up somewhere along the way. Instead they are all stuck together for the money, doing nothing in the middle of nowhere and never having lived life.
I always found the lady who appears from the Christian adoption agency quite coercive and manipulative. It was telling when she introduced them to another birth mother experiencing similar issues with her open adoption even without the infamy of being on Teen Mom.

Also while I agree it’s not Brandon and Teresa’s fault, they didn’t know what they were getting themselves into but they are super religious (I think possibly they are some kind of religious media personalities themselves, but not sure if that is a result of Teen Mom or this precedes it) and use that to control things. They would definitely be Ofbrandon and Teresa Joy!

That's why I think open adoption is such a bad idea.
