I bet Georgie thinks of all the places in all the world...and he just walks into mine.

Elvis already plotting the next stage with Georgie, in Kabul.

It's not so much I fancy Spanner, so much as he's quite a good foil for Elvis in the set-up.

There's a scene in the next episode (the bit where Rab asks Elvis where he got shot) and Spanner says something about Elvis and Georgie keeping the streets terrorist free and then he smiles. I can see the attraction there but that's about it.

So here endeth episode two.

No news on the Nigeria episodes as yet. I'm away next week - are we delaying episode 3?

I think it's really a hang-over from the second series, where Spanner had a bigger part (as did the whole SF team) and some cracking lines. A bit like Kingy and CJ

Could delay episode 3 to 24th, but then episode 4 wold fall on May 1st, and I can't manage that night. And much as I can live without the last 25 minutes, I do like the first 35 mins ...
And I missed my fave episodes from the second series ...

Could watch episode 3 on the 24th and episode 4 on the 8th May? Spin it out a bit?

Is the consensus that we will carry on with episode 3 next week OR could we manage two episodes in one week and have both 3 & 4 in the week including the 24th - on separate days if necessary?

OK in principle but it does depend a bit when the BBC are going to screen the first of the Nigeria episodes?

Have been popping in and out DH’s and dogs l!! They keep putting football on on a Tuesday so DH doesn’t go out. He is watching football on another tele but keeps wandering in and as I’ve said before he doesn’t know the obsession goes this far!!
Not my favourite episode CJ and Elvis both great but CJ still my fav
Not even any news yet about next series so enjoy your holiday ilove with OG to look forward to on your return
DVD release still says 28 May so we will have to wait and see

Obviously I'd be happy if we could do two episodes the week after next.... but I'll go with whatever you and eejit decide.

Was the DVD released immediately after previous series? I can't remember.

I think the DVD came out about a week or so after but sometimes they release them within a few days. I wonder if it might start the week after next. Surely, they'd start to run some trailers if it is coming soon.

The three parter which has been on with Christopher Eccleston finished tonight but there's something else on next week. I am sure the trailers have started at least a couple of weeks in advance before.

Can’t sleep! Went to see Tom Chambers in Crazy for you tonight. Gershwin songs, Tom, and then Ben going to play Gershwin, my brain won’t stop!
Super show very lively and dancing and musicians very good. All instruments played live on stage by the cast whilst also singing and dancing, amazing talent👏🏻
Right back to bed try again to get to sleep. Probably regret this in the morning.😴

Happy to watch 3 and 4 in the same week. I can do Tuesday 24th and Thursday 26th - or bing-watch on the Tuesday. Monday and Friday are out and Wednesday not so good.

Lovely photos Flower! No wonder you couldn't sleep. I backed Tom Chambers to win the year he was in Strictly and seem to recall I got £40 back. I liked his character in Holby too. Incidentally, what do you think of Holby at the moment? I think the storylines are absolutely ridiculous and I am fast losing interest in it all.

Hi everyone. Just seen a BBC ad for a series starting on Tuesday 24th. Didn't catch whether it was the 9pm spot. So it rather looks as OG isn't scheduled for Tuesday evenings soon as we have been speculating. Mind you the ad didn't mention if this series, called The Split, has many episodes.

Am now wondering if OG is being held back due to it being army related with all the discussions going on at the moment re Syria. You can see my withdrawal symptoms having really kicked in and am doing lots of speculating!!!

Me again. The Split is definitely on the Tuesday 9pm spot and comprises 6 episodes. It stars Nicola Walker (excellent actress) and it is a legal drama about a divorce. So no Tuesday's for OG for a while. Back to the drawing board with our guesswork.
