Agree so stupid about prices. 10k for what! Surely enough people to do flowers. So coffin, cars I’d say decent £6k (no horses). Plus I know you have to do deposit but no one will expect it paid in a week. When you go to probate things take ages. The bills gets sorted in the end. No one would ever get a funeral of it al had be paid up front in a week.
