Kat and her son (priest) were in the boat. Kat ended up overboard and chopped into small pieces by the propellor (not really but there was some contact I think).

Alfie was having an op on his brain tumour or aneurism or whatever he had and went into cardiac arrest on the table I think.

Never found out what happened to either of them.
