The Carters should accept they are not business people if they can’t make a solid old pub make money. The Mitchells always made money, not sure about Kat and Alfie but the Carters have been in the pub trade for long enough. They are constantly losing money and making the pub gimmicky. The E20 hasn’t even opened its doors yet. The Albert ticks along too yet the most established long Running pub that previously supported numerous adults who liked to holiday and spend money, is floundering. Boring.

Don’t they only have one hipster? That bloke with the stall who sold Dot’s old table. They seem to have a limited customer base really - when the drugs were being sold is the only time I’ve seen more than the regular cast members in there really.

I was a bit disappointed that Karen fell for Mitch's charms tbh, I can appreciate she'd be flattered by the attention, but she's always been portrayed as an 'anything for my kids' type of woman and that didn't sit quite right with me somehow - poor Keanu still sleeping on the sofa, I've a spare room full of crap he can stay in if he likes

Did we ever hear what end Wilmot brown took? Did he die? I don’t think it showed that and Lauren’s boyfriend didn’t mention it. Nor did he mention his missing brother.

I have to say I am enjoying Ian being back to his original personality. he had changed for a while and was behaving almost like he had real human emotions but since he has been to NZ and lost all that weight he is true to form again.

Am I the only one who has zero recollection of Ian saying he was going to New Zealand? My attention must have seriously drifted lately.

YY to the 'resolution' of the Jane storyline being terrible. Ian was heartbroken when she left, then seemed to switch to not giving a shit very quickly. Plus, surely someone would have told Jane that it's safe to come home now the whole Max thing is out in the open?
