We just want normal noms and no BB interference.

And shopping lists and good tasks.

There you all are!

IhaveChillyToes · 20/01/2018 00:40

I think ITALIA CONTI SCHOOL will be very angry about comments that Jess didn't have any education at senior school level at their school

OneInAMillionYou · 20/01/2018 01:13

A nurse has sent a message on Twitter to 'anyone who knows Maggie' urging her to have a doctor look at the lesion on her leg.
It seems to be covered with make up this evening?

HelenaDove · 20/01/2018 01:36

Maggie evicted...............in the Year of the Woman

user764329056 · 20/01/2018 01:58

And Maggie saying Ann didn’t ask her one thing about the Rochdale abuse, that speaks volumes about Ann IMO, she is so pro establishment and wouldn’t want to discuss anything that might suggest the system is flawed, if she was a politician with a heart ( although that’s an oxymoron) she would have held Maggie in high regard for her endless devotion to those girls and exposure of how the police, ie the system, fucked up. I truly can’t stand AW and if you look at some of her ideologies she’s odious

Youcanstayundermyumbrella · 20/01/2018 07:54

I don't think you get a very rigorous academic education at stage schools though. The basics are about it from what I've heard.

LloydColeandtheCoconuts · 20/01/2018 07:54

I noticed the mark on Maggie’s leg a couple of nights ago too.

Alwaysinmyheart · 20/01/2018 09:09

This series is such a disappointment!

Only1scoop · 20/01/2018 09:26

Place marking

Shamelessly

QueenLaBeefah · 20/01/2018 09:48

Also placemarking.

I think we need to let go of the year of the woman as BB were clearly using it as a gimmick.

guardianfree · 20/01/2018 10:00

The year of women is just a gimmick - but it has led to me watching it cbb again after many years of ignoring it.
Shame that the women are going but 'twas ever thus.

futuristic1 · 20/01/2018 10:22

Really pleased that Rachel called Ann out and named the beast - Anti-Feminist and Misogynist, who could only think of two women in history she admired. Ann Widdicombe, shame on you.

Well done Rachel - might open a few eyes.

The whole thing is so depressing, especially the people on here hating on Maggie because her nomination revealed Ann for the misogynist she is - blame Maggie, blame the victim.

Hopefully the house (maybe even Ann) will now see that actions have consequences and Ann saved the sexist Dapper over Maggie - Ann and only Ann is responsible for that.

If this was a Black house and not a Women's house - and there was a black person in there favouring white people over her fellow black people - how would you react to that?

I hope the longer she stays the more apparent it becomes although how much more obvious does it need to be?

Lillycat100 · 20/01/2018 10:33

Initially I liked Anne, not anymore. Agree with Rachel that not only is she anti-feminists she is misogynistic. Being upset with Ashley because she “picked” on Johnny. Anne puts these men on a pedestal and the woman have to obey to them. Ann is a hypocrite, one of the women she admired was Maggie Thatcher , who was a WORKING woman , something Ann disagrees with! So how could you admire someone who goes against your views !

Tippexy · 20/01/2018 10:35

As soon as we saw Maggie a) having a conversation about being nominated and b) cuddling Jess, I knew that the producers knew she’d be going and so they had to show some clips of her in order to have something to refer back to in the highlights reel.

GoldenGumballs · 20/01/2018 10:36

It's only a game show 🎶, it's only a game show 🎵

MrsJayy · 20/01/2018 11:12

How can Ann be against working women ? And Rachel has a bloody cheek calling Ann Anti feminist when Rachel herself looked down on the women herself and hung out with the young men because she found the women boring

Only1scoop · 20/01/2018 11:23

It's "Showwwwbizzzzzz"

BeyondWW · 20/01/2018 11:24

Hanging out with the lads is an interalised misogyny rather than the blatant kind that Ann shows though, I think. Neither is ideal, but one is worse than the other.

I like that Rachel noticed than Ann was pandering to the men, after quite a few people had commented on it here. Perhaps we are picking up on what's going on in the house better than those commenting on fb etc Wink

TheweewitchRoz · 20/01/2018 11:27

I was a fan of Ann (albeit not agreeing with her views but standing her ground & not being swayed) however after watching the exit interviews this morning, I now think she's awful.

Maggie was truly stitched up by producers - why did we not see her talking about Rochdale with anyone as she said she was asked about it by lots of housemates? She also stood up to Ann in the discussion re abuse in the Catholic Church & Ann just refused to engage. Jess also talked about how Ann didn't like Maggie cuddling with her (Jess) & yet that was never shown either.

Both Maggie & Rachel had the measure of Ann & she didn't like it. I'm sorry both of them have gone now actually which is a complete u-turn by me.

RubyJack · 20/01/2018 11:27

That takes me back Golden

papayasareyum · 20/01/2018 11:32

this series started off so brilliantly with the India dramas and the dynamics with Shane/Courtney and looked like it was going to be really good. It’s just dull dull dull now

MrsJayy · 20/01/2018 11:33

I wonder if Ann has had bad experiences with females and her work enviroment meant she felt she had to fit in with men or something

I don't think AW could have had the career she had and thought men should be protected and pandered to it doesn't make sense to me. I understand she is religious and a traditionalist but her view of men and her life she lived doesn't add up

toldmywrath · 20/01/2018 11:33

I'm enjoying the"hidden" songs on these threads. Wake up Maggie was a good'un.

And thanks to Golden I'm gonna be snookering you, snookering you tonight. Grin

toldmywrath · 20/01/2018 11:36

Some one on here has really gone to town on their Ann despising essays. I can't remember who and difficult scrolling back.

I wonder if they know Ann Widdecombe in real life? Perhaps they'd care to spell the surname correctly. Wink

toldmywrath · 20/01/2018 11:38

What is a back door eviction? Does the evictee get called to the Diary Room and are asked to leave? Does it involve the public vote?
Thank you.
