So Joe is the new lord of the manor, but who is Graham really.

Will this be the thread where Moira and Cain finally get back together

Will there be wedding bells for Bob and Brenda, I don't think so

Will Marlon and the head teacher get along nicely or will it end up going nowhere slowly until we all want to scream at the telly

What will Lachlan do next.....................................

Rebecca has looked like she has a bump for months, and it’s why she keeps wearing baggy tops, is she perhaps pregnant IRL or are they trying to be realistic and keeping the bump there for a while to reflect RL?

Scotschic · 23/03/2018 22:47

*has had a bump

Hygge · 23/03/2018 23:04

I just found out that Rebecca's real life Dad is Anthony Head.

I feel fonder of her as a result.

PrincessScarlett · 23/03/2018 23:32

Debbie would be an absolute fool if she moves into Home Farm. She's been in the village long enough to know all those that live there are destined for misery and death. She's such a misery at the moment that she doesn't have any capacity left to endure the even more misery Home Farm will bring her.

Just caught up with a week's worth of episodes. The Liv/Dingle code storyline is beyond ridiculous. When and how does Aaron's half-sister qualify as a Dingle? The way they treated Lisa was shocking, she should have thrown the lot of them out of her house. I really hate the way she is such a walkover.

Please either remove Jessie or give her a credible storyline that does not involve Marlon. Her entire character is completely unbelievable and I cringe when she appears with that awful cackling laugh. What kind of head teacher meets up with the mother of a pupil for boozy nights out in the village pub.

I wish Brenda would just tell Bob she knows. Her glaring at Laurel every 5 minutes is tiresome.

I cannot believe the Bishop reinstated HarrietSad

bonfireheart · 25/03/2018 23:03

I've stopped watching Emmerdale until the storylines pick up. Did catch a bit on YouTube n was amused by how Lisa & Zac's house is back to looking as it did previously despite being bulldozed!

ZibbidooZibbidooZibbidoo · 26/03/2018 19:36

Where has Debbie got money From to buy a house from joe?

JaneJeffer · 26/03/2018 20:44

She can get a mortgage against the garage?

JaneJeffer · 29/03/2018 00:03

I love Rhona and Pete together and Pete being so supportive of Ross.

Smidge001 · 29/03/2018 00:31

I can't stand Pete, no matter what he does.

Scotschic · 29/03/2018 01:21

I like Pete too and I think he can act so I don’t know where the hate for him comes from! I quite like him and Rhonda together as well, they have chemistry, although the most chemistry I’ve ever seen with a TV couple is between Cain & Moira, I wonder if they have this chemistry IRL...

Scotschic · 29/03/2018 01:21

Sorry Rhona not Rhonda, damn predictive phone settings!

snozzlemaid · 29/03/2018 01:35

Would be awkward if they did seeing how his real life partner is Rhona.

Scotschic · 29/03/2018 01:46

I know, I’m sure it’s just their characters, I’ll never forget the first time that they had sex and it was in the garage & my god it was so passionate and very realistic, Natalie Robb aka Moira said that she prepared for that scene by not going near a man IRL for at least 2 months! Lol

southeastdweller · 29/03/2018 10:54

It was an inspired idea getting Rhona and Pete together but how long will it be before one of them cheats? My guess is they won't last beyond May or June.

Scotschic · 29/03/2018 11:13

Isn’t Rhona still in love with Paddy? Omg I don’t get what all these women see in Paddy?!

Jojoanna · 29/03/2018 11:52

I have warmed to Pete . I like him with Rhona

JaneJeffer · 29/03/2018 12:08

I wonder why they never addressed the fact that Rhona battered Cain?

JaneJeffer · 29/03/2018 12:08

Moira I mean!

Scotschic · 29/03/2018 12:15

I haven’t been watching it as much, why and when did Rhona batter Moira?

JaneJeffer · 29/03/2018 12:18

Moira battered Cain before they reunited and it was just glossed over and Faith even joked about it even though she had suffered domestic violence at the hands of Shadrach herself.

Scotschic · 29/03/2018 12:38

Yeah there’s still that feeling on tv of men that are victims of DV not being taken as seriously as women being victims. It’s not fair is it? Although Cain has been a right bastard to women in the past so some may say he’s getting his just desserts, still not right though.

bonfireheart · 29/03/2018 17:30

People are very forgiving in soaps. If I was Aaron I would never have forgiven Robert for tying him to radiator & leaving him there all night.

Frillyhorseyknickers · 29/03/2018 19:21

What is Rebecca’s brain injury - truth potion?! God it’s cringe.

Eastie77 · 29/03/2018 19:24

No-one holds a grudge in Emmerdale and every misdeed is soon forgotten no matter how heinous. Ross and Pete found out and forgave Moira for killing their mother within 1 episode and it hasn't been mentioned since. I'm sure Brenda and Laurel will be besties by Christmas.

Bizarrely though, Joe holds a grudge against Charity for events that occurred 20+ years ago when he was a small child.

I said at the time that the DV storyline with Cain and Moira was terrible. Not a hint of remorse from her and everyone else just shrugged and carried on.
