I think that Argentinian chef will be a real bastard - I bet his staff turnover is massive and that he has somebody running crying from the kitchen on an almost daily basis.

I agree that Little Craig looks a good bet.

Is it bad that at the end I was trying to see if there was a reflection in Monica's glasses so I could see which chef she was talking about. I also tried with Marcus's twinkling eyes but got lost in them 😆

I really liked Louisa, but just this week I have found her a bit grating. I don't know- maybe stress is making her a bit more abrasive. She seems to be convincing herself that she is capable, but if she doesn't win then it's because she's very young and has lots to learn.

Perhaps the show is getting to her - or the prospect of another confrontation with the Greg(g)ster - it would make me ill.
