Not mackerel! It's HORRIBLE!

ilovesooty · 20/12/2017 20:28

I like mackerel.

OhWhatFuckeryIsThisNow · 20/12/2017 20:28

Pffft, just like Darlington market. 😆

Halsall · 20/12/2017 20:29

11% of diners on Trip Advisor think this restaurant is merely 'average', I see.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 20/12/2017 20:29

No the wonder these restaurants are so expensive - they are very labour intensive. Plus, as we saw yesterday, it takes 3cwt of veg to produce a blob of consommé.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 20/12/2017 20:30

What're the comments on Darlington Market Halsall?

ilovesooty · 20/12/2017 20:31

Not squid ink again.

OhWhatFuckeryIsThisNow · 20/12/2017 20:31

Chef is quite acceptable too.

GrouchyKiwi · 20/12/2017 20:31

What is cwt?

That does look pretty but also lacking in actual food.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 20/12/2017 20:32

I wondered if that was a squid ink tuille.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 20/12/2017 20:32

Cwt - one hundredweight . ie 112 lbs.

GrouchyKiwi · 20/12/2017 20:33

Thanks, Schaden.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 20/12/2017 20:33

This is how the Beautiful People stay so slim - there are no calories in their food.

Halsall · 20/12/2017 20:34

23% say 'average' for Darlington Market, Schaden, but no-one thinks it's 'terrible'. Unlike the 4% who gave that rating to Mirazur Grin

SchadenfreudePersonified · 20/12/2017 20:34

Craig looked thrilled. So did Louisa.

fourquenelles · 20/12/2017 20:34

I costs more in calories to eat it than there are on the plate.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 20/12/2017 20:35

That says it all Halsall

The North rules!
Riviera drools!

Halsall · 20/12/2017 20:35

Who gets to cook the bug on a pebble, I wonder?

OhWhatFuckeryIsThisNow · 20/12/2017 20:36

That might have filled me (for twenty seconds)
Ooo the Elite Brigade are back!
There looks to be one prawn on that plate.

PurplePillowCase · 20/12/2017 20:36

waiting months for a table to eat?
that's how posh people stay slim

GrouchyKiwi · 20/12/2017 20:36

It's lovely that nasturtium leaves are popular there too.

Wolfcub · 20/12/2017 20:36

This appears to be an assembly job

fourquenelles · 20/12/2017 20:37

YEAH! Nasturtium leaves

OP posts:
SchadenfreudePersonified · 20/12/2017 20:37

I'm not one for culinary tweezery, meself.

But then I serve my food in quantities that really need a mechanical shovel.

That fish looks terrifying. Is that black thing a slug?

ilovesooty · 20/12/2017 20:37

There will be Flowers
