I am feeling a bit better this week- though lingering headaches remain. I haven't had a drink for a fortnight, and can't really face the final sober, so might get some mulled and mince pies to tide me over.

I have so much to do. Two wasted weekends have left me with loads of stuff I need to sort. Like costumes for nativity plays. But I'm getting out of taking dd1 to her football match too bloody cold and dh is the manager, after all..

My cat has found a pipe cleaner and is playing with it, including comically pouncing on it like it's a deadly snake. This is far more entertaining than X Factor, but i'm sticking it out for the company on here.
