I'm not sure who is doing a duet with who though. Or if that will be tomorrow. Or if Nicole will be half-cut on stage singing 'it should have been me' during Sam's set.

I am feeling a bit better this week- though lingering headaches remain. I haven't had a drink for a fortnight, and can't really face the final sober, so might get some mulled and mince pies to tide me over.

I have so much to do. Two wasted weekends have left me with loads of stuff I need to sort. Like costumes for nativity plays. But I'm getting out of taking dd1 to her football match too bloody cold and dh is the manager, after all..

What does it say, that out of the blue, I have had 'Impossible ' by james Arthur going through my head all morning - rather than the actual winner's singles?

It's funny, when the series finishes, it goes on forever. And then just ...ends.

I missed it last night, but I know that Rat Soup won.

I can't wait for the voice to start! Raahh I can't quite belive I watched the voice kids either I was just happy to have you lot with me watching it too .

Music It's the only reason I watched.

Pixie's pits were the highlight. . And we didn't even get told off for being a bit mean about little kids (i don't think we did, anyway!).

Its a catchy tune for a winner's single, that type of music is all the rage at the moment. so It might do well.
I think even Simon was bored with it all this year - thanking 'just eat' for sponsor ship was a bit of a low!
Rats were pushed to win from the first episode i feel, so i am not surprised at the result. Grace is a talented writer, but I am not keen on her voice and I don't mind Sam Smith or Adele!! ( which are a bit similar in tone) so not sure why i am not keen on her singing. She seems a sweet girl though and it would be good if her and Kevin do well now they are a bit more well known. And her ex is gutted if she does make it big. The Auditions are always the best bit of the show these days anyway.

I read that only 4.4 million watched the final last night. The final used to get 19+ million of viewers once upon a time! Oh how the mighty have fallen.

4.4 million? That’s a lie, there only about 30 of us on this thread - surely nobody else watches it?

Which means not that many people voted, probably. So, I doubt Rat Soup will end up being than the Wandies, as Simon keeps predicting. I'll bet more people voted for the Wandies, when they came 3rd, than voted for Rat Soup as the winners. I'd like to know the exact figures.
