Anyone else excited by the start of the new 2017 series? I am! It's the law in our house to watch all these Christmas programmes - SCD, X Factor and Celeb.

I don't know who half the contestants are but I like Fizz (Corrie). And I can hardly bear to watch the high planks tonight...

Boring story alert. Jamie's dad quoted my loft hatch and ladder for his firm and his brother installed it. Both truly lovely blokes!

I noticed the footballer chap kept tapping his chest when Ant and Dec were in the camp, I'll watch tomorrow and if he does it then we'll know that's his signal, a lot of them do it some years.

I'm quite surprisingly into this years series already - haven't got time to watch the after show every night, have sadly got xmas fayre to make happen in a couple of weeks (pta )

I was very happy with how they dealt with the Ant situation - thought it was handled very delicately.
My winner so far is Stanley - but I'm really hoping there is no equivalent of that bloody homes under the hammer loon

anne, enrique, sole - of the big brother threads - can't remember if I actually got round to posting on those but I was happily reading all your misdemeanours (obvs in a non-stalkerish and yet still vicarious way)

I missed the bit where Ant's stuff was dealt with. What was said ?

Basically a bit at the beginning where Dec read the 'autocue' that said "with me Declan Donnelly, and the beautiful Holly Willoughby" - a pointed look at Ant and a muttered, "sorry we didn't know if you would be here...."

Also a little later they are chatting about some sort of model of the camp that Dec 'made' over the Summer - Ant says "it took you 6 WEEKS to make that?!"
Dec says "Well, I had to do it on my own - where were YOU all Summer?!"
Cue Ants shifty looks and a change of subject into a break

I am obviously not a script writer- and/or have any idea where speech marks are to be used in a sentence

Dec said he'd spent all summer building a model of the set and asked why Any hadn't helped - where the heck had he been etc...

Richard Madeley looked like Eddie Izzard! I miss Laura presenting the after show, not keen on Scarlett, but hey ho, at least I will get to bed earlier!

It really should be renamed "I'm not a Celebrity Get me on TV" nowadays. I only knew a couple of them!

Hi everyone, can I join in again had a fab time last year with the threads love dissecting everyone’s behaviour, makes it so much more fun.
Am liking Stanley so far, Dennis seems a good chap, not sure about Jamie, dunno who the young chap is Amir seems quite sweet.
Jenni seems a good sort, really liking Shappi, Rebecca I think will be either lovely or a bitch, the others haven’t made much of an impression on me as yet.
Yy the Ant stuff was dealt with humour.

Watching the first episode tonight with DD2 who is 12 and would have been utterly unbearable this morning if I'd let her stay up til 10.30 to watch it last night.

The Vardy back story as far as I know is that Jamie Vardy's family don't like her.
