I don't mind 'Edge of Heaven' too much for J and J- it could have been much worse.
Am very surprised at the choice for the Cutkelvins. At the beginning of the series, I thought they were one of the favourites, but Simon doesn't seem to be giving them much, and they are increasingly becoming the sister , with backing.

And BINGO! 'I can't make you love me' I can't stand that song- and it's Grace singing it- which means they really want her to win. it's such a favourite on these shows.

I think Rat Soup doing 'Faith' rather than Sam , means Sam is going home.

And hopefully, the title of Sobby's song is an omen

There are rumours that the quadruple elimination won't happen now. Which is good in a way, as it would probably have left us with Grace and Rat Soup for the next 4 weeks .

So- I'm off to check if dd1's football has been postponed, and then i need to sort out snacks for later.

Yup, I agree Sobby or Sparrow Legs to go. Lloyd should probably win, Kevin should win overall, but him opening for Little Mix seems a bit incongruous somehow

I really want to know who was in the bottom 2 last night, especially as 4 were meant to go this weekend. I suspect acts that they don't want to lose yet were in danger (Simon will have seen last weeks figures) and that's why he changed his mind.

Maybe they think they haven't 'made it their own' if they sing the original tune. However, George could make any song his own without changing the tune or pace at all; it's about making the audience believe in you and having authenticity.
