Now in our fourth year. Here to discuss all things Our Girl: Captain James, Elvis, Georgie, Maisie and the rest of the cast.

Poor Dyno. What a daft name by the way. Still, no worse than Spunky from series 2. Wonder what happened to him?

I don't think Georgie needs to beat herself up about Captain A dying because there's not a lot she could do with such a serious wound.

Azzizi pops his clogs. Must be so difficult for CJ when he knows what Azzizi has done.

This is my absolute favourite shot with CJ and Elvis. I think Elvis looks incredibly gorgeous, especially with all the Afghan grime on his face.

I want to hug him

I want Elvis to hug Georgie at this point, not just rub her shoulders.

Is it me or does CJ look pretty hot despite being covered in blood. Must be that headset look he wears so well.

Time for Elvis to be all understanding and grab Georgie at a vulnerable moment.

Despite being a tough man he does vulnerable very well. Hard not to like him when he is contrite.

Yes, I think it's shown a better side to him this time.

Don't know Georgie? CJ sounds a bit like he's going to cry in that preview shot. Oh gosh who gets blown up? arghhh!

So ladies......... 47 hours to wait until the finale.

Do we think Elvis will make it? We know he's not in the rest of the mini-series.

I'm tired. That was hard work! There was so much more to comment on than in the previous episode which I found a bit boring to be honest (apart from the last 10 mins when SF appeared).

Do we think these four episodes will conclude the Elvis and Georgie story and the focus moving forward will be more on Maisie and maybe Rab? I have a feeling there won't be anymore Georgie after the 12 episodes are up. I don't really mind if they aren't together but I don't want him killed off but I fear it might be the resolution of can't live with each other, can't live without each other dilemma.

Well, I silently hope Elvis will make it. BUT --this being a film they could just pull him out of the picture (=kill him) and watch what happens. I mean this is not totally a soap, so they could try and shake up things a bit. ;-)

I read somewhere that Georgie hadn't realised it would be any more than the 5 episodes she did previously for series 2 and had been away filming for 7 months more or less so I agree Rhu that I reckon she won't do another series, if indeed there is to be another series, so Maisie would be the natural successor.

As for Elvis, I can but hope.

I also read somewhere that he could only commit to these four episodes because of his filming on Snatch.

Are we all set for the final episode tonight? Tissues at the ready in case Elvis doesn't make it? I hope he lives to tell the tale but not feeling very confident if I'm honest.

I'll watch once the recording comes in (Wed. afternoon, usually), so I need to stay out of this thread from this evening on. Getting a voodoo doll ready to inflict pain on the authors, in case they dare to hurt Elvis ...

Which country are you in Delphin? I seem to think it's Germany from things you may have said in the last series, but apologies if I've got that wrong.

Just watched Ep 3 again before the school run. Will watch Ep 4 tomorrow morning after school run, so will stay off social media until after then - and I mean it this week, as it's the last one! Also, must say, hasn't it been a fabulous few days on ff. Some fantastic old stories continuing (or ending ) and some great new ones aswell. To quote a much loved Captain, it's been a bloody joy!

Kazza - how right you are the fanfic writers have done us proud in the last few days. Stories of CJ and Molly just keep the ethos of Our Girl uppermost in our minds. So really looking forward to tonight's episode and hope we don't have too much of a cliff hanger ending. Also of course still waiting for a mention of Molly.

Evening! Let's hope those pesky trick or treaters have all given up by 9pm although based on previous years only a small number will probably visit and it's all over by 7.30 pm - doesn't stop me buying a mound of chocolate though . To add to this we have people letting off fireworks as well. Why does it always go on for at least a week? Luckily I have the one truly weird dog in the world who despite being terrified of his own shadow doesn't give two hoots for fireworks, thunder or the vacuum cleaner!

Now back to the most important subject of the evening - final episode of OG. I am steeling myself for an unhappy ending and have decided to make my predictions in the hope of being completely wrong - Georgie and Elvis will be reconciled and something awful will then happen to Elvis either as he tries to save her or worst of all doing something totally ordinary like crossing the road or having some sort of accident with faulty equipment , just to pile on the agony and leave Georgie totally at sea emotionally. I can't see her ending up with Milan in Nepal for the long term.

I do hope we at least get a tiny little mention of Molly to warm our hearts as we definitely know CJ is involved for quite a bit longer.

I so hope I am wrong!
