Some of the CJ ones are from the first series but are still my favourites.

I think we thought CJ had a better part in this series than in series 2. He was extremely sidelined in my view in series 2.

Welcome loopylou you have come to the right place. Love the sound of all that binge watching. We are thinking of doing a series 1 watchalong after Christmas perhaps. I get a really nostalgic feeling when I think of that.

Oh I hate these dramatic, earnest films.

Just musing here but I reckon all the Molly and AJ rumour stuff is just a ruse to get more votes.

Cor look at all those Dickensian urchins - they look so blooming healthy.

Who will buy - reminds me of a school play many, many years ago when we re-enacted this in the middle of Snow White and the Umpteen Dwarfs - now that could 'out' me.

The costumes in SCD are amazing but it's a pity Claudia and Tess seem to get the dregs of whatever is left!

Not a fan of either of Tess or Claudia's dresses tonight apart from the fact that I really like that colour blue.

Gosh, Shirley is a bit old for that short skirt under that netting surely?

I read today (thanks to my Google newsfeed) that Debbie and Alexandra are at each other's throats backstage.

I didn't notice Shirley's dress but I imagine she's got the ex-dancer body to carry it off.

Very fast, didn't think it was particularly light on the feet though. I think they went wrong in one place. He is pretending it was brilliant. Not sure.

Not sure the dress is particularly flattering - but who am I to say - I'd look like a sack in anything on there.
