Agree - The Frank/dog story is beyond dreary - I think it is meant to be humorous but isn't.

I did wonder about a Laurel/Bob affair too but I think Laurel is still grieving for Ashley. They are probably up to something else.

Surely, Jimmy would recognise his nephew. Wouldn't he keep a bit in touch with the last of his relatives? Who else has Debbie peed off/fleeced in the past? How did they explain why Tom was so rich?

The Tom and Debbie story is beyond my understanding but I think he'll take over Home Farm soon. Why is he buying her so much stuff when he barely knows her?

Yes. it looks likely he is another bounder destined for residence at Home farm. I think he is probably behind the Golf course as well. Were Cameron's children young? Debbie did know them well, didn't she - so Tom couldn't be one of them?
