In the Bernice/Jimmy/Nicola story have they actually cashed the betting slip? Who actually went into the bookies? Surely for such a large payout some checks on identity would be carried out and if Mrs Dumphries regularly had a flutter then the staff at the bookies would know her and remember her placing that bet and don't betting slips have an index number on them?

Just don't get this storyline - it's repellent really.

Totally agree Worm, in fact every character in the series has become bloody awful, with no redeeming factors at all, jimmy's fur coat has put the tin helmet on it for me, I don't think I'll be watching for much longer.

I am guessing Tom might be Chris Tates son Joseph? Would explain the money and the grudge (didn't he frame Charity for his death?).

Joesph would be 22 and has lived in New Zealand with Zoe (and her daughter?? When did she have a daughter?) since he was 10 years old. Tom doesn’t have a New Zealand accent but we are supposed to believe all sorts of shit on emmerdale these days apparently so it’s entirely possible

I did think possibly Carl Kings son Tom but I was trying to be clever .

I really am not enjoying the stupid Nicola, Bernice and Jimmy storyline. I am loving Eric with Faith though. Loved the scenes of her revealing her mastectomy scars to him but it's a shame it will probably end when it comes out about the golf course deal. Also thought they absolutely nailed the actress playing the younger Faith in the flash back scenes with her and Cain. Really made me cry (it doesn't take a lot to be fair).

I don't remember Carl King having a son, who was the mother, I've just remembered the sister Scarlett though, completely forgot about her till now.

I remember Zoe having a little girl, she left with her when she blew up home farm I think.

Rachel died when her physcho hubby shoved her off a cliff after spending a long time trying to turn her into his dead wife.

I googled. Carl has a son and daughter. Thomas and anya. They live in Saudi Arabia with their Mum. Thomas has been back and forth a few times and caused trouble stalking chas and getting belle into trouble.

Oh yes that ties in nicely. But, Debbie was definitely on the scene when Thomas was around. She would definitely know who he was. Cameron was the one who actually killed Carl but chas got the blame for it. Cameron dead chas and then Debbie. It was only a few years ago.

He walks around the house and no one sees him. First time his mates walks in and catches him :/

I don't like Robert but I agree that he should be seeing a solicitor surely? I am guessing it is because he doesn't want his son knowing what he did possibly? It would be interesting if Ross turned out to be Sebastian's real father?
