Actually he's going to have get Andy to start digging out an extension to fit them all in.

Where did Phelan get the money for the house. I'm self employed and my mortgage rate is eye wateringly high and was difficult to get. What income did Pat have after Vinny ran off with the money? and if he could afford a big house in a posh area why was Eileen not questioning him about paying Jason (and the others) back instead of saying she wanted to live there when it was done up??? Also, Phelan's future plan with Andy as chief jailer living in the house would be rumbled if Eileen or Nicola (who has a hbit of just turning up) called round.

I think the producers had come to end of Phelan's story but wanted to keep him on (he won best villain award I think) so lured (G)Andy actor who had left to come back with this ridiculous plot.

Andy as well as stinking would be suffering from all sorts of deficiencies from not having been out or had good lighting - eye problems, vit d deficiency etc he should also look rather more pallid and pale than he does at present - very healthy.

It's so weird going from normal Corrie goings on to this weirdly wannabe bleak and story line. It's like a completely different writer slipped these scenes in when everyone else's backs were turned.

Me too. One minute they were in the cellar, then a phone call from Nicola and the next scene is them both in the van.

Bloody hell, it's all a bit fucking bleak. Poor bronzed Andy will be in therapy for years after this. Phelan is a bit of a dope to hand him a loaded gun though
