Ouch.
Hated seeing her cry. Sure many first boots are upset but she was clearly gutted. Pash was sweet with his Ah you can come round my house then.
Camera panning to Brendan and Charlotte post-verdict bit mean.
I like Brian and wanted him to stay but even I thought he may have missed more steps than Chizzy did second time round.
I did notice that he went over to commiserate and hug her literally within a second or two despite being relieved himself. They don't all do that as quickly.
So battle of the Bonds. Tony Beak vs Brian. Okay then

If dance content is really what they're looking for then I'll just go and let Joe Varney dance around me. I'll ^try* to keep up, but it won't matter if I forget the steps because the routine will be fabulous dahling.

Pasha gave his partner an appropriate routine that she performed far better than BC performed his IMO.

Joe is really cute..love that smile.

Bruno and Shirley had scored Brian and Amy a point less than Chizzy originally. Darcey's U-turn was interesting.
Chizzy's trim was cream.

That was so sad. I love Pasha but the routine did only thinly veil Chizzy's weaknesses. How Charlotte stayed is beyond me. I can't bear Brendan.

I think Brian did dance better, surprisingly.

I am amazed that Pash's fanbase vote didn't hold up though. He got Naga - Naga! - through a few weeks.
Simon must have had Liverpool fans voting and some fancy him apparently.

Surprised by that result, though to be fair the Judges can't base their vote on future potential. Shirley didn't look happy about having the casting vote on the first week, but them's the brakes!

IMO pro fanbases are wildly overrated in terms of voting impact. Pointless is my go-to guide to what the GBP actually pay attention to, and according to that the only pro who a significant chunk of the viewers can pick out of a lineup is Anton, and even he’s been a first boot in the past.

I think Charlotte should have gone, she was dreadful and Brendan is a total dick!!

That result is outrageous! I never had Chizzy down to be in the bottom two, whereas Brian was a dead cert (IMHO!)

There were some big u-turns from the judges and am I being cynical to wonder whether it is because Brian is considered to be a bigger show biz name?

So disappointed about Chizzy, it really raises questions for me. Again.

Also no expert but to a lay person Chizzy seemed to dance more that Brian and was also less crayzeee the second time round, just as they'd advised. Odd and wrong decision.

Viewing figures are what matters.

I guess Brian will be the bigger draw - judges must have some guidance around this.

That said, Brian did appear to 'dance' more, rather than Chizzy's theatrical moves.

Brendon has the vote rather than his partner (my mother loves him and will vote for him)

Anton and Ruth will go far, both have the popular vote.

Normally I hate the 'comedy' act - Anne Widdecom, JohnSeargeant etc. But there is something so endearing about the Rev. I voted for him and Debbie, my professional vote went to AJ.

Didn't Chizzy and Pasha go wrong at the end? They seemed to be filling in for the last 4 bars or so.

I usually vote for celebs I like and see as celebs and who learn to dance during the show. I'd never heard of Chizzy and am still not sure what she's famous for. I'm not sure who would vote especially for her as she's neither famous nor bad enough to be entertaining. The Rev irritates me but you can't do negative voting.
