I'm not fond of Mel and Cyn but to be fair to them they haven't underscored anyone just because they can, I'd say their really tough business women but fair.

The two cousins irritate me no end.

I dislike the cousins in this round immensely although I am not keen on the "business women" either. Hope the cousins go.

One thing I have noticed is that although they score low it always seems that the opinionated ones (business women) in this heat always seem to score fairly and higher than the rest of the group

I'm all caught up too. I agree that the business women scored fairly, they are still annoying though! Can anyone remember what happens after all the first rounds? My memory is rubbish!

After the group rounds they start the challenges.

Think this changes slightly from what I remember each year.

Last year I think they had the challenge and the loser from the public vote faced the lowest scoring from the judges.

I didn't like it this way as the series finished sooner. Previous years I think they had the challenge over one day which produced the first in the cook off and the highest had immunity and I think the next day there was a cook off for the lowest four (or two) which produced the next couple in the cook off. They had little twists as well such as being given an ingriediant box which they chose a dish from but the were swapped around.

They also had that big van one year as well which did different events.

I think I have remember right and not just devised a completely new version of MKR

Did you all see MKR UK starts next week at 4pm. Not sure I'll watch that though as I just don't think it works for some reason, I did enjoy NZ version though but think that it cancelled.

Apologise for slating a person's looks but he more he shows his personality the more repugnant he seems!!

He really doesn't liked a woman calling him up on his hypocrisy does he.

He makes my skin creep - but we must remember that this will be heavily edited to make good TV so they might have cut out anything nice he's said.

I feel sorry for Amy - she's the usual pressure of the competition and also needs to control Tyson and make sure he doesn't lose it. Can't be easy having to be made responsible for another's behaviour.

Yes I felt sorry for Amy, am increasingly convinced his behaviour is outside of his control. Unlike Josh who is just an arse

I'm heard for my for my daily expression of hate for Josh.

Possibly the biggest arse that has ever been on the programme ever. Being polite there - he's almost making me consider no watching I can't stand him so much.

They've pitted best friends against each other. I like Catie and Demi. At the end they had a wide shot for Court and beardy and everyone including, duckface and Merrins were clapping and smiling. The cut back to the horrid couple had them scowling. Something ain't right.

Josh is an absolute arse and does anyone else think his wife looks extremely unhappy in every shot, she seems a bit downtrodden to me, he's so unpleasant about everything.

I felt for Amy too, she's responsible for everything including her brother, she might just crack under pressure.

I love the team challenges, think they are great fun.

Just spotted MKR starts on channel four tomorrow st 4.00pm, Rachel Allen is one of the judges, not sure who the other guy is, I might record a few and watch them next weekend to see what it's like.

Josh was particularly awful to his wife in the last challenge. What does she see in him?
I feel bad for early negative comments about Tyson, feel very maternal towards him now and admire his sister greatly.

I wasn't 'trashing' you for not watching it if a substandard contestant is (obviously) kept in because they are a horrible person. I was objecting to how you came on the thread - having watch this series - and through your comment laid down the expectation that 'egotistical prats' remained in the long term. Thereby suggesting the likes of Josh will remain in regardless of his incompetence. In otherwords a heavily hinted spoiler.
