For those who may, aherm, 'know' what happens during the episode prior to its official airing.

Spoilers Galore read at your peril!

Let's try to avoid 'leaks' for episodes 5 onwards.

That should read most popular woman. It's late and I'm going to dream of dragons!

Middleoftheroad · 05/08/2017 00:43

I'm going to dream of Jaime.

I still think TPTWP is Jon. I can't remember all of the history, but it has something to do with the woods witch who is the Ghost of High Heart and the fire at Summerhall when Rhaegar was born.

If Littlefinger had any sense he'd get on a horse and ride as far away from Winterfell as he could get. He is living on borrowed time.

Jaime and Brienne is the best love story in the whole of the series. It's the only one that doesn't involve either death, incest, horribly inappropriate age differences or fat pink masts.

I have to re-watch. Can't get it out of my head. Think it was explicity said about tgree times that the dagger is made of Valyrian steel. Arya cleary has some part to play (aside from sticking it to LF). I loved the way Brienne asked who trained her and Arya said "no one" I loved how small.she looked next to Brienne. I loved the fact she has not lost all humanity. Sansa's shifty stares were brilliant too.

What is going to happen with Dany on the ground and an injured Drogon/Jaime in the water?

Middleoftheroad · 05/08/2017 07:37

I agree Arya
When U think of Jaime pushing Bran out the window I shouldn't like him - but it's the same with The Hound.

Brienne is noble and true. Let's hope Jaime can be.

Middleoftheroad · 05/08/2017 08:26

Most awkward reunion ever - Jon and Theon Blush

Funko · 05/08/2017 08:59

I'm watching it again Grin 🐉☕️

Aaahhh that was amazing. Arya fighting Brienne. Sansa watching and just turning away.

THE BATTLE. Finally some dragon riding and fire breathing!!

Off to rewatch.

Funko · 05/08/2017 10:12

I'm massively gutted every time I get to the end... I am definitely watching this in HD on Monday. I'm hoping the cave of dragon glass glistens a bit more spectacularly.

I also secretly hope it's not the final copy and Jon smacks Theon one just for good measure.

PetyrBaelish · 05/08/2017 10:37

I like the idea of it not being final, Funko - maybe for the next season HBO should release some red herring leaks (at least about the plot). I have tried hard not to read the leaked plot stuff this season, but I have had a couple of things spoiled.

Wobblebeans · 05/08/2017 10:40

I think I'm going to have to wait until tomorrow night, I can't find it anywhere Sad

It sounds like it's well worth the wait though, looking forward to the Arya/Sansa/Brienne stuff

CaptainWarbeck · 05/08/2017 10:41

See at the end, is Tyrion saying 'you fucking idiot' to Jaime for charging at Daenerys and the dragon? Or to Daenerys for trying to remove the spear and allowing herself to be vulnerable to attack?

CaptainWarbeck · 05/08/2017 10:41

@Wobblebeans I can pm you a link if you like?

Funko · 05/08/2017 10:46

CaptainWarbeck. It is to Jaime.

No matter what, he does love his brother, they've saved each other a few times now.

He wouldn't want to see him burned alive.

Middleoftheroad · 05/08/2017 10:53

I think Tyrion also says something like 'Flee, you idiot' then a few minutes later 'you fucking idiot'

ElenaGreco123 · 05/08/2017 10:57

Which river is Jaime in? Just asking because of Rhaegar's rubies.

I love the Jaime and Brienne story as well. You can tell what Jaime really values in a woman: innocence. Where will they meet again? Will Jaime bend the knee? Is this why his family turned on him in his vision / dream about Brienne?

I hope Sam copies more ancient documents than 16-17 years Grin

Dickon will obviously connect Jon / Dany and Sam.

Is Bran the only Stark kid with visions? I know it is hard on tv, but book visions are way more poetic.
Compare e.g this in the book
He saw Sansa crying herself to sleep at night, and he saw Arya watching in silence and holding her secrets hard in her heart.

gingerchick · 05/08/2017 11:04

Someone please pm me a link have looked everywhere!

Funko · 05/08/2017 11:09

I've PMd you both

The transformation of Dany from naive pawn in her brother's Game of Thrones to ruthless despot could be seen early on.

Even her treatment of women who had been friendly to her.

Doreah was locked in a dungeon to die after Dany caught her sleeping with Xaro (after Xaro showed his hand and took her and the dragons prisoner). This is after Dany told Doreah to sleep with Xaro to find out what she could.

When Missandei tried correcting Dany, when Dany got something wrong in Dothraki, Dany put her down and the Missandei apologised when she was in the right.
