Is Maria really going to stay overnight at the spa? If so, it seems to have slipped her mind that she has a child to be collected from school and cared for while she is away.

24 hour childcare eddiemairs, no notice required, they're used to it, Fiz and Tyrone kids are there permanently anyway so what's one more.

I do like the way Eva is playing them though, love looking at Maria's cringey face when Eva says things like "you're my bessie"

I can't believe they did another glass bottle stabbing- a year after Kylie! Can't they think of something else, ches being tripped up into the deep fat fryer or getting knocked out by the elephant leg kebab meat thing?

I think Robert rented the flat when Michelle wanted him to move into the pub as a lodger and he was worried about his feelings for her. First time we have seen it though.

I agree about the stabbing - bit repetitive. No mention from Michelle about her drug taking son.

Did Maria and Eva make up then? I must have missed that. Last I recall was Maria taking the piss out of Eva's way of speaking and imitating her laugh in the pub and then insulting her sister, Leanne... resulting in Eva hating her.

I think Eva decided to make up with Maria and ask her to be her bridesmaid after Aidan accepted her proposal. Eva was the only person who seemed to think Maria was innocent of Caz's murder and got Aidan involved in trying to help too - but they weren't that close before that I think.

Was Maria called as a witness?

All forgotten - and what about Pablo - was he deported/prosecuted like Maria over the sham marriage?

I don't care about Chesney, Billy & his ex's child, Phelan & his daughter, Maria, Robert's dodgy friend, Cathy & Brian, everyone in the factory, and Sally's children.

There are probably more I don't care about that I don't even care to remember.

Tonight's had so many silly moments - Mary groping Adam, Summer's ridiculously adult funeral speech, Gemma chomping on the banana.....and since when were Jenny and Gemma such good mates ?

I thought Leanne had a car. She got clamped at the carpark after Christmas shopping with Peter. Or would that have been Nick's car?

People only have cars when it suits the storyline - then for another storyline they're lugging carrier bags down the Street, or waiting for a bus

Jenny used to hate Gemma, when Rita moved Gemma in with her and Jenny. That's how they're connected.

I like the revenge of Eva spending his money, but I hate the false pregnancy scheme.

I also find her using that stupid word "piggin' " very annoying! I know they can't use real swear words in a soap, but that sounds ridiculous these days.

I suspect Eva's going to cave now she knows about Johnny's illness.
