What's the connection between Gary & Nicola?

Gary and Nicola hit talking in a bar a few weeks ago - he opened up to her about his Ukraine job without realising she was Phelan's daughter.

When he did work it out, he told her I'm no uncertain terms that her dad was a physcopath & she was to stay away from him & his family - which pricked her interest as to what her dad might be really like.

Sarah doesn't know about their conversations, nor Phelan.

I think Nicola will uncover her Dads misdemeanours thanks to Gary's warning.

Baby Harry was so lovely trying to feed himself with the spoon. Gary must have felt awful when he saw that the script asked him to snatch the spoon off him.

Gary is Anna's biological son I think. His dad was around in the beginning. I can't remember how he exited but he now works abroad as Gary pretended to go and work with him in Germany when he went to the Ukraine.

Yes, Gary is Anna's biological son I think too. His dad (Eddie?) left as I remember it because Anna wanted to adopt a child (Faye) and he didn't. He definitely works in Germany.

That's the second time Gary has come back injured after a brief visit to Ukraine. Is he just unlucky or just rubbish at his job?

Last night it was very obvious that Robert's hair is a wig.

Yes, I thought that about Gary. Funny how he also seems to be beaten black and blue and yet not suffer any more serious injury or injury to his face.

Did you see the actor who played Robert turned up to some TV awards with his real hair, which is totally grey? Wasn't clear whether he'd stopped dyeing it or stopped wearing a wig....!

Robert’s hair is not a wig but it is dyed - the actor’s hair is in fact grey.

Surely that's a wig Robert wears? In the photo of him with grey hair his hair is much thinner and there's less of it. No way would he get a quiff with that grey hair. I like the grey, it suits him much better!
