Micheal was doing her wedding planner job and was supposed to be doing his wedding. This was when steve was away in Spain for ages and she didn't know if he was coming back for her birthday. She goes to his house gets drunk but maybe snog. Steve then finds her and big arguments. He's not been in it since really. No idea how linked to bad guy

He did pop up quite randomly at the Bistro and said he had been stood up by a client or something like that, so maybe he tracked her down, or maybe he's been watching her for ages..
That might be the big storyline, it turns out he's been watching her and following her for months.

Wasn't Phelan living in his van at one point? Yet he conveniently finds an abandoned and secluded place to house a hostage for six months

Andy's not really a hostage, is he? Unless Phelan has let someone else know, isn't he a prisoner?

I cant get over Gary saying he was in Afghan. I dont think he was in the Army long enough to do his basic training - let alone go to war

Will Mary and Norris be the new Jack and Vera?

I wondered that too delores. Rita hardly knows Gina (not like when she lent Sally money years ago) why would she lend her so much?

I wonder if Gina stole the money. I can't take to her as a character, and tend to tune out when she's on, so I don't remember her being in the shop, but she doesn't have much of a conscience where other people's possessions are concerned.

Yes, I'd also found it a bit unlikely that Rita would lend Gina £100. I don't get Gina and her orders of dog plates and that whole 'I'm mad, me!' character they seem to be trying to give her. Hopefully she'll disappear fairly quickly, never to be spoken of again.

Didn't Gina have a daughter who came to live at Sally's?

So how do we think the Andy story will play out? Will Nicola get suspicious about the mystery building work at the abandoned house and discover Andy? And then get caught by Phelan and both murdered?

That Andy stuff made me feel really closed in and panicky, it was horrible. I think either Nicola will find Andy somehow, or Todd will hear about the 'friend's project' and get suspicious.

I think that Eileen will get suspicious. Nicola mentioned the house and I think that Eileen will suspect that it's linked to another woman, and ask Nicola where it is.

Scrabbler - good shout I think after the laboured conversation in the cafe about other women.

I think Rita's 'dementia' has come on too quickly (though who said soaps had to be realistic?) and that she has a UTI - can cause dementia like symptoms in the elderly.
