Time for Olivia to fuck off now

Divingheadfirst · 20/06/2017 22:12

Olivia is definitely messing them about. I know I shouldn't but I actually feel sorry for chris for some strange reason.

Jamon · 20/06/2017 22:19

Olivia is dreadful but she is keeping it interesting I hate to say it. There would be a lot less drama without her right now. I think what she needs is a good shag personally - she seems completely frazzled by an overworked libido!

Divingheadfirst · 20/06/2017 22:28

Yep I agree jamon. I think unfortunately if she were to sleep with Chris she would be turned off him as he seems a bit less experienced than the others. The way the girls were saying she would be the one pinning him against the wall and I think that's true.

Shed probably have more physical chemistry with mike but he seems boring personality wise.

Elland · 20/06/2017 22:42

Olivia gives the female sex a bad name 🙄

AltheaThoon · 20/06/2017 22:51

One thing i dislike about this programme is the pressure some people (mostly the women) are put under to put out sexually. Montana shouldn't have to ask Sam not to touch her. Yes, they're 'coupled up', yes they're sharing a bed but that doesn't mean she has to put up with his hands all over her. Nor should she feel bad for telling him to stop.

AltheaThoon · 20/06/2017 22:54

He should be the one apologising. And being 'coupled up' isn't the same as being a couple, us it? There was a big thing last year of them going 'offish' when they decided to officially become boyfriend and girlfriend.

PotOfYoghurt · 20/06/2017 23:02

I'm sick of seeing Olivia and Chris now, it's the same boring thing over and over. Give someone else some screen time.

AltheaThoon · 20/06/2017 23:30

Me too yogurt. I think it's terrible she won't give Chris a straight answer. Completely stringing both of them along.

MiddleClassProblem · 21/06/2017 00:12

Olivia reminds me of a female dog cartoon character from the 80s/90s. I just can't place the cartoon or possibly it's a combo of two, a poodle with a high, blonde ponytail in a skirt and a spaniel with blonde hair and a wearing some form of pink top/jacket. Neither I can say where they are from.

Anyway over her crap now. And I assure you if she wasn't doing what she was doing the producers would be stirring drama some how like sending Jess on a date with Mike or plying then with alcohol and encouraging bitching at the very least.

Poor Sam really doesn't get it 🤦🏽‍♀️

OkPedro · 21/06/2017 01:18

Oh god it's painful watching Sam! He's very immature and can't read body language 🙈

LottieandMia · 21/06/2017 03:57

Althea - you're so right re: the pressure the girls are put under when coupled up.

I personally think Liv is being quite calculating. She wants to make sure she ends up with a guy she can spend weeks with because if she gets the wrong one she could be dumped from the island. Same goes for Chris. He's not in a strong position if not coupled with someone he likes. In his case it's definitely pride before a fall. If Mike hadn't come in can you imagine his arrogance at this point?

TipTop333 · 21/06/2017 07:21

Let's face it though - who on earth will be voting for either Mike & Olivia or Chris & Chloe as their favourite couples? I reckon they will be in the bottom and then they do that thing where the other couples have to choose which one to stay.

MiddleClassProblem · 21/06/2017 08:30

I hope producers listen

Christmastree43 · 21/06/2017 08:53

I'm enjoying the Liv drama Grin

I still don't like Chris - think he is thick as two short planks and is trying desperately to get Liv to pick him with all his 'but I actually have feelings for you' rubbish when really it's all about winning her off Mike. Think he is horrible Chris and am glad she's messing him around!! (In a guilty pleasure way - would never condone such behaviour in real life Grin)

Whereas Mike I feel is more upfront about who he is and what he has to offer Liv i.e. sex appeal and that's about it 😂

Chris I feel is pretty much begging Liv now - I thought when she said it's a secret, then I think it's already clear she was referring to the fact she's with Mike and thats her choice.

MiddleClassProblem · 21/06/2017 09:24

In a guilty pleasure way - would never condone such behaviour in real life Like when someone slaps someone in a movie or has a really derogatory put down for a bully. Real life, yes, yes, high road but the fantasy of telling your arsehole boss they are a dick a la Bridget Jones is joyous.

LottieandMia · 21/06/2017 09:31

I would think that there's more incentive for them to stay than even the prize money. I mean, who wouldn't want to be on a luxury 7 week holiday?

Christmastree43 · 21/06/2017 09:36

Exactly MiddleClass Grin

Yes Lottie I thought that when Camilla was saying how grateful and lucky she felt that she's still in - not for the romance or flirting etc as she's not like that! Love that she was honest about her 'number' though and that it was higher than average - feel like that fits in with her feminist credentials! Love Camilla she is so sweet and naturally gorgeous - did anyone else think it was sad when she was saying to Marcel 'I'll never be a six foot model and I just have to accept that' - she is probably the most naturally beautiful and certainly best personality in there!

PalomaViolets · 21/06/2017 09:37

I know LottieandMia! When Olivia was banging on about her life being a mess (entirely of her own making) I couldn't muster any sympathy for her plight Hmm

Jamon · 21/06/2017 10:32

Agreed that Camilla is really naturally attractive. I sometimes find myself thinking she would look better if she sorted her hair out though. Why on earth wouldn't you get your roots done before going on that? It often looks like it needs a good wash and blow dry

papayasareyum · 21/06/2017 10:54

I've never watched this before, but watching this season has made me question a few things:what do they do all day when the cameras are off? Do they leave the villa, it's not like big brother is it? How many weeks does it run for?

SpanishFly · 21/06/2017 12:41

I'm really not impressed with Olivia at all - she's so clearly manipulating Chris. And I actually feel really sorry for him - he has that look in his eye that makes me think he really does like her.

Sam is totally cringey, but I think he's getting a hard time here. He's in bed with Montana, who has told him she does like him and how it moved from friends to a bit more, she pulled the covers over them so they could snog. It's not exactly making him feel like he should back off. We'll see what happens now that she;s told him she wants to takes things slowly.

SpanishFly · 21/06/2017 12:42

papaya yes, they stay in the villa the whole time, but I dont think they're "isolated" in the same way that they are in Big Brother - ie they must have crew members etc coming to photograph/film them for the phone-vote videos, that sort of thing.

MiddleClassProblem · 21/06/2017 13:50

They don't leave the villa much and the cameras are on all the time. But they will have camera people in, security lurking, ap's knocking about etc. More like the Bachelor or Ex on the beach. No camera runs for crew to hide in. I think in previous series we've seen that some have been to the supermarket and what not.

Onehellofaride · 21/06/2017 14:32

I am so far behind now I don't have a clue what is happening! No chance of catching up tonight or tomorrow so I will end up with a marathon weekend Hmm
