Thought I'd better start a new one since the old one filled up!!

I thought last night made it clear that Ric had taken up with politician's wife again (and that his exceptional bedroom performance landed her in hospital) ?

I keep being behind with both Holby and Casualty. Have watched about half of last week's Holby so far.

How the hell has Lofty had time to have this whole implausible love interest/jilting at altar, turn gay AND go to Australia for a year?

DD and I were scratching our head at the timeline of Lofty's absence. I'm sure last week he said he went to Australia for 6 (?) months, but he'd also had time to meet a woman, get engaged, fall in love with her brother (a year ago, which was two months after he left) and dump her at the altar. It doesn't add up.

Lofty is not the guy for Dom. He needs Aaron from Neighbours

Aaron comes to England, has some bowel issues and meet Dom. Fall in love. Move to Australia and marry and adopt lots of babies

Very shaky storyline planning I think with Lofty!

Just picked up on something a pp said. Ric and Connie?!!!! Only started watching holby in 2010 so missed this.

I didn't feel comfortable with the Lofty story line last night. It just seemed, I don't know, too much. Don't know where they are thinking of going with it and what has happened to Morven? She seems more relaxed and cracking jokes and not at all like how she used to be.

Yes! Connie was interviewed and appointed, it was lust at first sight and there was a raunchy scene on his table! This was a long time ago, Connie had really short hair and Ric was the stud of Holby! Around the same time when Michael French played Jordan, before moving to Casualty. Those were the days

Just caught up on this week's and also suuuuper confused why they decided to give Lofty - the man who could barely talk to a woman without tripping over himself - a really attractive exfiancee (that was quick) but also he's gay now? Conveniently I'm assuming for an angry sex love/hate storyline with Dom? Reminds me a little of the storyline with Malik and Chrissy's ex. That wasn't very believable either. Did the writer not do any research into Loftys character? If anyone is the man for him it's surely Dylan!

ALSO we all know ex's brother is supposed to be in America trying to get over Belle Dingle - what will she make of this?!

I couldn't work out if Mr T was genuinely concerned about Mo or just being a bit naffed off that he may have to look after his child a bit more if she took the promotion.

Why did Mr T not want Mo to take the job, the get all weird when she told him she'd packed it in?

I think Mr T got all weird because he had been to see Hanson about Mo so felt guilty somehow. Wasn't really clear though.

I don't like Mr T. I want Mo to know he went behind her back to Hanson. Then I want Mo to kick him to the kerb.

I don't want a gay Lofty and lovely Dom love in. They can't rewrite a character to suit their script. They should have brought a new character in for Dom, not expect us to just accept a massive character change. So he leaves the sister show as mumbling, well meaning clumsy Lofty, jets off for an improbable break, comes back as a cad who jilted a girl way out of his league for her brother...naah
