I just don't understand why he went for Jac, Raf and Ollie? I didn't realise he'd even worked with them? I thought he'd only ever worked on Keller?

Dom was a wet lettuce Nooooooo. When he was telling everyone to be calm etc he was so brave! You could see he was being strong but petrified. Then the relief / confusion when it wasn'T Arsaac then his fear when he realised Fredsick was targeting people - I mean if I was Dom I'd assume I would be target no 1!

Why do they bother with the while Casualty and Holby sale hospital thing, when unrealistic stuff like that happens? I mean I know Ian from Casualty appeared in last nights episode but in real life all staff would be affected surely. It'll have nothing but a token mention on Casualty this weekend. Should just break the link.

Logistically, though how did he end up shot on his own in the lift if triplets woman was close enough to him to have been hit by shrapnel when he was shot? There must have been someone else there to have got her out to the ambulance - did they not notice Raf or did he just push the trolley out of the lift and someone found her there after the lift doors had shut?

I was confused by this, especially as triplets woman didn't then report that a Dr had been shot. But then I looked at some article about the episode and it reckoned that it was Jac hit by shrapnel not triplets woman. But that makes even less sense because she didn't react like she had seen Raf.

I don't know how a gunman can walk into a hospital with a rifle and not be noticed by security or anyone else for that matter

It was definitely triplets woman who was hit by the shrapnel - someone (Fletch I think) said 'They thought she'd been shot but it was just shrapnel' and Essie realised Raf had been with her, and that was what made her think Raf had been shot and run to check her phone.

I wondered if he had been in the lift, shot Raf and as he got out the lift pushed mom out. Then lifts locked. He didn't want to kill "innocents". Then she was so distraught and in shock etc not as shocked as when she finds out she has triplets

Unsure why they jumped to the unusual pregnancy with just 1 ultrasound done by not a specialist. Surely at 30 weeks its possible baby was just hidden because she was small and she was small cos she was squished and hidden?
