I'm still baffled by the wood decor inside the Brennans' front door, though, so it's possible I'm not entirely-on-trend with these things. Or on point, or whatever the young people call not being a clueless old fart.

So is this what a cross fit gym is all about? I see times listed and WOD and I've seen that on Instagram but don't really understand it. I like nice receptions and not making eye contact with anyone.

So it's a bit like circuit training and HIIT. You do short stints of high intensity/strong weights or maybe some gymnastics or cardio etc. The idea is that you work different parts of your body in different ways so your body is ready for anything, both strong and fit evenly. It's social as you can spot each other, do it as a class, measure or complete with each other. I'm not sure why that makes it much different socially to a gym, maybe sharing different ways to work out or different ideas?

Amy did seem rather over-invested in the Rebecchis' relationship yesterday. What's it to her if Sonya tells Toadie which paint she's chosen to fix her mistake on her wall in her house?! I know, technically, Toadie owns half of it but... it's a paint colour. She's not changing the locks & boarding up the windows to stop him ever coming back!

I'm loving the realism though - only in Therese's house would all the inhabitants be so self-absorbed that they've failed to notice Therese has cancer and is in the middle of chemo.
