The Terese story line is going to be upsetting, I wish they weren't doing it.

I suspect it might be irrelevant who bought that gym. I'm predicting it's just a plot device for Aaron & Mishti to go into business together - didn't they say a while ago that Dingoes shut down? Personally I'd be a bit cautious about opening a gym in an area where 2 have recently closed!

I'm hoping Terese will make a full recovery as people usually do in Neighbours, but not before she has realised Paul is the love of her life.

Me to - I want Terese and Paul together. Wonder if she'll bond with Steph who also had breast cancer.

I think he will - I'd completely forgotten about him until Piper mentioned him. If a current character mentions wanting to get in touch with a previous character it always means the previous character is returning. The only exception to this rule is if they mention that they've just spoken to ex-character & they're doing really well. In this case ex-character won't be mentioned again for another few years until someone remembers that it's not realistic for someone to never mention their loved ones & then ex-character will have just had a baby/had some sort of minor accident/got engaged & the current character will go visit them for a week before forgetting they exist again. It's soap law!

I also think the exception to the rule is absent parents from major event

Ooh. That will ramp up the drama with Therese and Paul. What's the betting that she's really sick and nobody knows what to do, then Paul goes to get Dr Evil putting his own hatred aside because he lurrrrves Therese. Dr Evil will then somehow be able to save Therese despite having his medical license revoked and having spent the last few years in prison. No doubt it will turn out that someone (Piper??Tyler!?! Josh from beyond the grave?) had been sending him subscriptions to medical journals the whole time so he has miraculously maintained his skills and knowledge of the most cutting edge cancer treatments in the US/Germany.

Can someone update me on Dr Evil please?

Dr Evil is Therese's brother Nick. He was a very famous oncologist and was trying to set up his own cancer centre in erinsborough (where else?). Paul promised funding, but then reneged, so Dr Evil faked Paul having cancer so that he could cure him and get the cancer centre funded. Paul was not happy. Dr Evil also wasn't very nice to Georgia and got her sacked but we would probably forgive him for that given her general drippiness.

He had a bet or something with Paul about bedding Georgia when she was with Kyle.

I did notice the shoulder touch when Therese mentioned him to Paul. Makes more sense now

Weird episode. Has anybody else seen the spoiler for the 11th? I'm looking forward to it.
