I keep looking and looking at that and just can't see who it is. It must be someone pretty important. Definitely not Hargreaves but he does appear in the other trailer.

The person in back of the car looks most like that forensics officer that wouldn't go on record about the KG-13/30 debacle, to me. However I can't think of any good reason why it would be him, so it's got to be someone else.

Tommy Hunter may well not be dead. I think after he turned supergrass in series 2 the car explosion (the one Denton dealt with) was a foil to make people think Hunter had been killed.
