I wasn't on the beginning threads so I was confused about the Anne Diamond reference - now I see it!

Why did DJ Lindsay not follow the brief? "Oh I'm doing a tiramisu but I didn't like it as a kid" - if she'd followed that with "but my mum/dad/nana always made it and it brings back fond memories..." etc then I'd have 'got it' - did I miss something there? Seems like she made it because she just fancied it. Did look nice mind.
