Does the man never talk to a woman without falling in love?

Still holding out hope for RealDee, but hopes fading fast...

Guessing it's a dodgy back packer. Just another reason to move back to the street

Gatehouse77 · 23/03/2017 14:10

I like the fact that they are focusing equally on Mark's pain as Sonya's. And Toadie.

KoalasAteMyHomework · 23/03/2017 14:54

Just watched today's episode at lunchtime. Got shockingly choked up at Mark when he was talking to Nell.

Thought I'd join the thread - started watching for the Dee storyline!

lottieandmia · 23/03/2017 15:00

Whoever said Willow will end up living with Susan and Karl is bang on after today's episode!

MiddleClassProblem · 23/03/2017 15:17

Welcome, Koala!

Why is Amy always hanjng around the hospital?

Gatehouse77 · 23/03/2017 16:11

Why is Amy so pious?
She often takes the high ground but she hasn't exactly done the greatest job with Jimmy and her choice in men!

MiddleClassProblem · 23/03/2017 16:19

Paul's other kids tend to have a bit of evil in them yet she doesn't and is more annoying than any of them.

I'm not sure how she ever did her sexy cleaning as she seems so shocked and appalled by everything in the world. I bet she asked loads of annoying questions when she was doing it or judgy shit about their wives or lifestyle.

Algebraic · 23/03/2017 16:31

Another cracker today. Thank goodness we have Toadie and Sonja to prop up the wooden acting of Mark. I couldn't keep up with her dates, she had the 12 week scan/tests and that showed increased risk of Downs... Amnio followed not long after, so she would be 14/15 weeks? However Mark was googling all these results about premature labour at 20/24 weeks.

Same for Paige, seems the other week she was having her baby party at 18 weeks and she'll probably deliver in about two months!

I don't mind the acceleration, it's just it doesn't add up when then Xmas then comes at the same time as our Xmas in reality... things move very quickly at the beginning of the year in Erinsborough it seems.

MommaGee · 23/03/2017 17:11

New guy looks hot, I vote keep.

Yeah its good they the loss isn't just Sonya. I thought Mark was good and how awesome is little Nellyfish?

MiddleClassProblem · 23/03/2017 17:13

Balloon dash was oct 12th U.K. And I think we were 2 weeks behind so I guess Paige would be 27 weeks or something?

Fl0ellafunbags · 23/03/2017 17:22

I'm so impressed with your knowledge of Paige's pregnancy.

MiddleClassProblem · 23/03/2017 17:27

Or google 😂

KoalasAteMyHomework · 23/03/2017 17:31

If I ever have another kid I'm having it on Ramsay Street. Conceive first time and then skip half the pregnancy! Grin

Though I guess Mark might hit on me...there won't be any other females left for him to fall for!

MommaGee · 23/03/2017 17:33

Brad will get you pregnant.

I think it'll be a false alarm but they'll state at each other and realise how they're meant to be together

AnneEyhtMeyer · 23/03/2017 17:56

And you will get a job at the school.

woodhill · 23/03/2017 18:19

Could someone tell Sheila to butt out, miserable doom master

MiddleClassProblem · 23/03/2017 18:29

Maybe you'll have one of those "don't know you're pregnant until the birth" pregnancies. Have they done that on neighbours? Totally had this happen someone I vaguely know

KoalasAteMyHomework · 23/03/2017 19:01

Grin haha yeah forgot Brad just has to look in your direction to knock you up.

Don't I need to move in with Karl and Susan to work at the school!

MiddleClassProblem · 23/03/2017 19:06

Nah, Brad never did although I guess it was his old house...

Smidge001 · 23/03/2017 19:06

Oh my - I've just played Monday and Tuesdays episodes while at work, using headphones and sound only. I think I may have to watch them again when I get home to see the acting.

Have to say, Toadie getting knocked over, unconscious and Dr Karl managing to be there in the UK is really pushing the boundaries. But amazed that our concerns for erinsborough hospital while he was abroad didn't run to us realising DrKarl was clearly going to be needed for a Ramsey Street Toadie accident in England.

Very disappointed that they didn't run with the baby being Toadie's after all storyline. Feel like that's a real opportunity missed.

Bit silly that Fake Dee spilled her guts to Toadie before Mark/Steph/Karl/Susan/Sonya could have told him. Seems unlikely (but maybe I missed something by only listening to the sound.

Glad Tyler is getting a chance from the annoying Brad.

MiddleClassProblem · 23/03/2017 19:07

Wait! Kate! She didn't live there ever, did she?

Clawdy · 23/03/2017 20:10

Mark's scene with little Nell was very well done I thought. The whole lost baby scenario has been so much more moving than the same story covered in Coronation Street recently. All that shrieking and shouting in Corrie was not nearly as effective as the quietly sad scenes in Neighbours' last two episodes.

HairsprayQueen · 23/03/2017 20:24

Is it the soap awards that has the best kid actor category? They should totally have Nell in that nomination line up this year.

Why did Paige feel it appropriate to a) just walk into Sonya's house and b) show up at the hospital when anyone else would realise that her being pregnant would not be helpful for them to see right at that moment. I know it's because she's Paige but she hadn't been so annoying recently and then she went right back to it.

MommaGee · 23/03/2017 21:03

smidge he saw something that led to the confrontation...

hairspray walking in to the house I figure its probably just one of those houses where people do that but the hospital was bloody ridiculous bit then they never seem to have visiting times etc there

MiddleClassProblem · 23/03/2017 21:04

In fairness people do walk in and out of the houses a lot there.

Unfortunately the Aussie soaps aren't included in the soap awards here but maybe they have a "loagie" catagory for it or whatever their awards are?

Sonya's numb sadness and exhausted quietness is spot on. So often these things are over acted but you can really feel this. Mark and Nell was done really well too.

I think as Nell has been there so long and clearly has an extended family type bond with many of the actors on set it comes across so natural. But she also you don't see her looking off set or that vacant waiting for something to happen face that you see with kids in other soaps. Or even Jimmy in this!
