Does the man never talk to a woman without falling in love?

Still holding out hope for RealDee, but hopes fading fast...

OP posts:
MiddleClassProblem · 22/03/2017 20:14

I think they did mention it but maybe only briefly when Sonya and Mark were talking about doing it.

MommaGee · 22/03/2017 20:37

*Tonight's episode was horrible but a timely reminder to make sure I shut it down properly at the end of the call!!
In case you have sex with an interloper faje ex?? Haha

Today's episode was so sad. Really didn't think that would happen :(

MommaGee · 22/03/2017 20:41

I was really hoping they either go with magic doctor cure for contractions of a preemie baby. Toadie will get the blame

jollygoose · 22/03/2017 20:43

forgive me for hijacking this thread but am wondering if you are all aware that we may be losing Neighbours forever - I read about it can`t remember where but there is a petition to channel 5 asking to keep it - I just googled Neighbours petition.

Itwillbefine · 22/03/2017 21:01

I think it's now been saved, thank god!

Today's episode was like Eastenders, although probably made script writers job easier that Mark didn't get his much wanted baby, so who's next on his horizon?

hugoagogo · 22/03/2017 21:03

Oh my ducking god neighbs always leads up to these episodes and then very little actually happens, but yesterday and today blimey, it went further than the build up suggested. Toadie Sonya and Nell were brilliant, but Mark basically a box of cornflakes as usual.

MiddleClassProblem · 22/03/2017 21:06

I totally thought the London eps would be novelty and although he would kiss her/get injured etc it would just be fluff but it has been really good.

😆 box of cornflakes

tobee · 22/03/2017 21:50

Jesus that cot beside the bed was really hard to take.

I was so emotionally bound up in it, then I got a text and turned over to the news channel. SadSadSad

SESthebrave · 22/03/2017 22:05

I agree, the cot struck me too but why was it there? Even if at one point they thought she was imminently going to give birth, surely they'd be sensitive enough to remove it once they'd confirmed the baby hadn't made it.

I also agree that I can see Willow being looked after by the Kennedys.

BusMum79 · 22/03/2017 22:20

What a cracking episode! Unmissable drama, indeed.
I also love that Karl ended up in the hospital and was most amused by the contrast between Erinsborough Hospital where there is only ever one room and one patient and then "St Thomas'" where they were cramming in as many patients around Toad as they could. They had people walking in front of the camera, limping off to the side etc

Asheth · 22/03/2017 22:21

Wow, what a couple of episodes! I didn't think she'd lose the baby, that was so sad. How far along was she? Amazing acting from Toadie and Sonya.

Interesting contrast between the busy NHS ward and the much calmer, single rooms of Erinsborough Hospital. Very poignant seeing Karl outside Big Ben, when if he'd really been there today he would have experienced a very different scene. Sad

I think Willow will somehow force Andrea to give back the money. Will we ever meet her mysterious dad? It's not going to be Mal is it? Grin

MiddleClassProblem · 22/03/2017 22:28

I thought that about the cot too but maybe it's there for when she gives birth so they can say goodbye to her. I've never been in that situation but have heard that sometimes people can spend a few hours with a stillborn after so I don't know if that's what it meant or just the fact that it would always be empty

Fl0ellafunbags · 22/03/2017 22:59

Will we ever meet her mysterious dad? It's not going to be Mal is it?

It's Brad!

AnneEyhtMeyer · 22/03/2017 23:13

Bloody hell what an episode!

So poignant to see them at Westminster and St Thomas'.I like to think Dr Karl saved a few lives outside today before heading in to see Toady.

The baby loss storyline was a shock, but the only thing they could have done really if they want a Toady/Sonya reconciliation.

OP posts:
tobee · 22/03/2017 23:17

Yes I'm afraid, from personal experience, that is what the cot is for.

ZackyVengeance · 22/03/2017 23:33

Im still a day behind
But omg poor toadie, what are they doing to him
I hate that he is being made into the bad guy, dee/fake sonya mark have all mesed with him

RTKangaMummy · 23/03/2017 02:42

Just watched it online

Wasn't expecting the baby to die though, thought the dates would be wrong and it would be toady as daddy

Cracking acting from Sonya and toady in this storyline (and nelly actually)

Yes agree about the London locations today would have been watching it at 2.45pm or 3pm usually but was watching BBC news SadSadSadSadSad

MiddleClassProblem · 23/03/2017 10:33

Trailer

ReggaeShark · 23/03/2017 10:37

Oooh exciting trailer. Mystery man looking for Toadie looks familiar. Does he remind me of a celeb?

Dumdedumdedum · 23/03/2017 11:35

In amongst all the sadness, was I the only MNetter shouting: "Cancel the cheque!" at Toadie?

MiddleClassProblem · 23/03/2017 12:22

I'm assuming she cashed it already to get to london but don't worry it it was shouted pretty soon after he handed it over 😁

😔 got there in the end

Excited101 · 23/03/2017 12:28

Wow! Susan's doing a very nice angry/upset bit too! I'd forgotten how good she is at that!

That guy looked a bit like Stonefish but he obviously isn't. Who did Tylar threaten?? Paige will have to have her baby now, they can't ruin both pregnancies!
