Gregory mentioned to Simon he had suspicions about something going on at Hilltop, thats why Simon gave him the 'free pass' to go to Hilltop with any info he had.

Poor Eric! You dont have to be a bad ass for someone to love you! Aaron clearly does and I dont see him just taking up with Jesus straight away if Eric dies. I hope he doesnt and he proves that he can fight for his freedom just the same as anyone else Smile (but I do think he is wearing the red shirt Sad )

DolphinSmooth · 30/03/2017 16:17

I reckon Gregory went to see Simon while Sasha was deciding what to do with rapey David.
That might explain why the next time we saw her Negan told Sasha that he knew Rick was up to no good.

I definitely think Eric is a gonna, as soon as I saw him I said he's obviously going to die (just because we haven't seen him for so long)

I really hoped Rosita would be the one to die and not Sasha but that's looking less likely now.

Also, just to put it out there, I really miss Abe and his one liners, he was killed off way too soon!

Abe was awesome. Loved his view on life. And his one liners.

MiddleClassProblem · 01/04/2017 00:08

I lost you all!

Dixie a few days ago you asked how Dwight got in the cell. I reckon Rosita simple explained that he needs to prove he can be trusted and he went on that basis.

As I said a week or so ago, Eric is def for the chop imo. We're not overly invested in their relationship as we haven't seen enough of it, he's not a great fighter and I think he might get bitten by Sasha. I think she'll take the pill. I think that might be one of the last scenes of this series and the fighting commence next series. Maybe we will lose Gregory too and so Maggie is in charge pre war. I think that now "his people" know he hasn't killed and is an outright liar they will push for his offing or replacement (and he'll get one more betrayal in before had).

I've seen lists of actors saying it's the best season finale which is exciting but also makes me worry it will be a let down! I think this second half of the season has been really enjoyable but the first half other than a couple of eps was like hanging out with Eeyore on a rainy day.

Please don't kill Jerry! That is all.

I think you're right, this series has been so slow that to have the entire battle in one scene wouldn't do it justice. It's going to be an awful cliffhanger and then the fighting will all kick offf next season. It has been a bit slow in places, I'm hoping this is because it's building up to something spectacular.

ColouringMandalas · 01/04/2017 03:34

Bag-Sasha bites Maggie.

Jesus is a Saviour...and so is Enid, she's the little birdie. She and her family were Saviour scouts. Once her family were attacked, she laid a trail for Jesus (JSS) to find her...he infiltrates communities so the Saviours have intel on who's worth putting the squeeze on and whether people are paying their taxes in full.

I think the junk yard gang are on the fence and waiting to see what happens, they are probably quite fluid about whether to fight saviours or rick's gang. I don't think they contacted Negan though. They wont show up straight away because they don't 'bother' or whatever the phrase was. I think the Oceansiders will show up.

I think Ezekiel might die Sad

BeyondUser24601 · 01/04/2017 10:06

Right, I've just checked what happens comic-wise with who tells Negan/whether Gregory gets his long overdue comeuppance, so I remember now.

Personally (before checking - not a spoiler) I wondered if the timeline is out of sync, so Gregory going on his trip actually happened before Negan went back to see what happened with Sasha and rapey David?

I won't post what happens in the comic in case there's anyone here who doesn't want all the spoilers Grin (though of course many things change so they're not really spoilers)

Also checked how holly dies, and it would be nowhere near happening yet. So maybe Sasha will make it to S8, if she's taking on holly's story...?

MiddleClassProblem · 01/04/2017 10:57

I just think things happen out of sync and mixed up if they happen in the tv show. I think they are due to off a main character. I therefore I think it will be Sasha. And Eric will be in there somewhere too but he's not a main. Haven't seen trailers for next eeek though so mah e you're right and it will be next series stuff.

I too hope for Carol and Ezekiel to have a thang.

Have they said at any time how far along Maggie is?
I've not seen any sign of a bump yet, but they seem to have no problem finding a very baby looking baby on the sonograph Grin

Abraiid2 · 01/04/2017 11:01

I thought the point about the little birdy was that there wasn't one. Negan asked a leading question and Sasha's answer gave him the evidence he didn't have before. He tricked her.

MiddleClassProblem · 01/04/2017 11:04

Did she give him evidence? I thought she called Rick his little botch implying he wasn't doing anything

I think there is going to be someone somewhere, who thinks they are safer with Negan and is trying to buy into the group with info and is selling everyone out.

I actually hope I am wrong about Eziekel too - I love the kingdom and would quite like to love there...if there was a zombie apocalypse, I would probably want to be in that group...I would probably also be dead at the end of Negan battle too though.

Abraiid2 · 01/04/2017 14:52

I love Ezekiel and hope he survives. He hasn't been as ground down by events and seems to hold out some sense of hope and belief in humanity.

Sasha is the last of that little group that originally turned up at the Governor's before switching sides and going over to Rick and Maggie, isn't she? Tyreese being her brother. Sad if that's the end of them.

Yes, only Maggie left from the farm.

By contrast the Grimes family has done well, even if Judith is strictly speaking not a Grimes.

I sat and watched some of the first series the other day. I can still remember all those years ago flicking through channels completely bored of what was on and stumbling across twd, however much it's frustrating me at the moment I still absolutely love it and told dp they definitely need to end the series before I pop my clogs or I'll be one of the undead Grin
