I enjoyed it too but then I enjoy all of them!
I don't see how they could have done this season much differently really!
They would have all been so traumatised and scared after what happened to Glenn & Abraham! They all needed time.
Plus only 45 mins per episode and so many characters & places to cover! New relationships to build, old ones to mend, if it was 3 hours a week it might have been easier!

3 hours a week sounds perfect I am the same as you TeamRick I enjoy all the episodes. Its all part of the story building and anticipation. After watching next weeks trailer I am wishing the week away!

If Sasha thinks that Negan is going to use her against Rick's group, she might take the pill herself so that she turns and bites a few Saviours. Eugene told her it takes 20-30 minutes to work and she knows how long it takes to turn once you die, so she might swallow it in the truck on the way to Alexandria.
So maybe they'll still do the bag on the head bit, but the Saviours won't know that she's a zombie under there.

Last night felt like a return to the "old" gang, but I have to admit that when they had the oceanside ladies on the floor surrounded it reminded me of when Negan had them all lined up ready to kill.....as someone says above, it makes you wonder who actually are the bad guys now. It's an interesting watch, it's as if there is no such thing as 'good' or 'bad' anymore.

The lines are very blurred, negan killed that man that intended to rape Sasha and yet he takes women as 'wives' who's only other alternative would be to die.
I hope Dwight sticks by Rick, dp wanted him to die last night. Am I the only one sad that Eugene is being a complete coward? I used to like him 😔

Ah it makes sense that Maggie is English, as her accent on TWD is terrible!

I think Negan is no more of a bad guy than rick, and definitely less crazy than him!!

Sascha = holly could still work if she ODs though, couldn't it?

Am i the only one who thinks Darryl is ugly? I think the actor who plays Negan is hot but i thought he was over acting terribly last night, way too theatrical in that scene with Sasha. I was wondering how zombie Sasha with the bag over her head would work, they are very noisy, you hear them before you see them., plus wouldn't she be trying to grab and eat everyone around her?

I am still hoping Eugene will come good,...obviously she can't trust him, but he thought he was doing what she wanted, and that might have been less painful as a way to die. Good point though that if she dies quietly in her cell she could end up biting saviours so surprised he didn't think of that - the only reliable way to kill one self in twd is a gun to the head but of Eugene gave her one it would have been obvious where it came from even if she had used it on herself.

With the pills I meant that I don't want her to end up with a bag on her head...if she takes the pills she will look even less zombieish once dead than if she had been shot/in a fight etc. I really don't want her to to end up a biter in alexandria especially after her speech about not wanting to hurt her friends

Daryl is one on my favourites but his fanciability is waning as the grease in his hair increases.

Hmmm I don't think Gregory with the bag would have the same impact, although I could easily see him being deaded. It is looking likely to be sasha but maybe Eugene will end up with the bag on his head, he is so slow and his mullet so distinctive sticking out the bottom of a bag no one might realise he was a walker.

I think Maggie actress might have let something slip on talking dead about Gregory redeeming himself...hope not though don't want him to survive another series.

Negan was annoying again...but laughed at Rapey Davey and beach ball sized lady nuts!

So how did Rosita get Dwight back - did they just casually walk back to Alexandria together and then she said "okay now I have to put you in jail mate...soz" and he was all "ok no probs".

Why should the group trust Dwight? I know we kind of trust him as we've seen his story but from their point of view...no.

And why did nobody ask about Sasha?! They never seem to explain anything to each other or act surprised about anything!

Lets see what happens next week - trailer looks good!

Yes they did ask but she didn't answer...and nobody pressed the point. There have been a few incidents like that...

I guess if Negan thinks they've been misbehaving he'll storm over there to confront them. He'll take probably-Sasha to press home the point about what happens when they cross him but will get a bit of a surprise. When they see her they'll whip out the secret stash of guns and the battle will commence.

I'm sure there's something in the comics about Dwight being a bit of a sleeper and Negan still thinking he's on side. Perhaps Rick will use him like that and Negan will be none the wiser.

Can't wait for next week.

Sashas' plan didn't work I don't think she will take the tablet she is too much of a survivor. She has put herself in danger before hoping to die yet pulled herself up at the last minute.

I think Dwight is ready to take negan down but it will take some persuading to get them to trust him.

Greg is off to the saviour to spill his guts if nobody stops him. Arghgh can't nothing go smoothly?

Loved negans speech you would think he really was a reasonable man with morals if you just heard that bit. But they are some sick twisted morals.
