What I am thinking is...there was a clue in Hardys date - 'my daughter set it up' there's been a couple of cases worldwide where ex husbands/boyfriends have set up fake online profiles of their ex's on rape fantasy dating sites. The plot has been used on I think svu and CSI.
Although how that would fit with the other rape victim that's just come forward I'm not sure. But then we don't know much about her yet.
Trying to think, was the latest rape victim to come forward raped while Aaron (convicted rapist) was in jail? Therefore ruling him out?

The light could be a red herring, Trish had a hell of a wack to the head AND the rapist was smothering her so could just be a visual disturbance or at most just a spotlight from the party or cottage resident turning a light on (although that could help pin down the time of the rape).
