I must admit that even though he jilted her, I think I would have a certain amount of gratitude to demonstrate towards him knowing he'd saved my life.

Guess she's in shock, but in episode 3, I think she's just a tiny bit mean to him.

Yes it was wasn't it ilove. Still as you and I are almost the only ones who like Elvis on here I suppose it's appropriate that we comment on his best episode. I hope next series he might win over a few more of the MN regulars who didn't like him much.

In real life, you wouldn't give him a second chance really knowing what he'd done to you on your wedding day but it's fiction and we can daydream! You're right though, I think we are the only ones who like him.

I think Luke has a real following so I guess the next series will have all his fans watching.

Sorry, just 'went off' to read back through. I answer to your question about the time in captivity ilove yes I do wonder how long in total she has been held before Elvis turns up. It only seems like two days but I guess it must have been longer before the video emerged. One of the things that bugged me a bit was the absence of any indication of time either by indicating a passage of time by a collection of scenes or even that device of simply putting up timescales on the corner of the screen. I always felt as if she'd been in Kenya for two days before she was held hostage for another two days and then sent home. I know it can't possibly be the case but there just wasn't any sense of time.

Oh well, perhaps it will be more obvious next time. Well, I'm off to catch up with SCD as I haven't seen it yet. I might fast forward bits like the guest artists etc.

Can't wait for episode 3 and a little of CJ's bedside manner. Sweet dreams.

Then almost at the same time DH returned. Doesn't know about this so will leave the watching, I agree this was a very good episode with lots of our TWO favourite men I do like Elvis but am afraid my loyalties lie with CJ.

At last I have managed to watch Ep 2 and read your comments. As usual I noticed bits I had missed before.

Some good bits from Malaysia on instagram and twitter but not many photos of CJ. They seem to be making the best of their time off to see the area which is good for them. Makes up for being away from home for so long, although I think it seems as if most of them are single and fancy free
Hopefully a more peaceful Sunday this week so until then as everything is very quiet on here at the moment.

I do quite enjoy those watchalongs/type-alongs Tommieo and the hour flies past but I know the episodes so well now that I can almost anticipate what I am going to write. It certainly keeps my typing speeds up!

I wish we had some indication of when OG might be screened. I binge watched "Trust Me" a couple of weeks ago which I really enjoyed. Not sure if anyone else saw it? I liked the first episode of the new series of Dr Foster with Suranne Jones but not sure I was very enamoured with the episode last night.
