Yes, I have 9pm Sunday in my diary and will have DVD cued ready to start. When we get to episode 2 we will have to decide if we are watching the recap or not as usual!

Can't believe it's nearly time for SCD too although I barely know who any of the people are this year, still they usually grow on you over time and I'm interested to see what the new judge is like. I've been watching Strike as well and I quite like it. I've never really been in the Tom Burke fan club (strictly team Aramis) but he has a certain shambling charm about him and Robin is very nice, poor girl, shame about her fiance.

Oh well, off I ...well I nearly used that expression from BS42 but I shall say 'trot'.

Hello everyone! Apologies for being AWOL. We have had a massively busy few months. Waiting in anticipation for A level results which DS did really well in and secured his first choice university, Sheffield. We are all so pleased for him (and me!)

Then straight after results day we flew to Spain to spend 3 weeks with our friends that were getting married. It's been totally amazing. The best wedding I've been too. Modern weddings (I've been married 20 years) are so much fun. More options and much more less formal. It ended up as a pool party with us all jumping in fully dressed!

We are still here in Spain enjoying relaxing after the wedding, but not looking forward to work.....
