Thanks ice - it seems to have been a long time coming - but when you think about it, we've had less time to wait than for series 2.

Rich not sure if you're still pickled in Spanish gin, but I'm shocked you've forgotten we all share CJ! Hope your foot is getting back to normal and it's warmed up a bit in your part of Spain.

kazza how did you know BA had stayed at your hotel in Cornwall? I'm pretty useless at keeping up with everything other than MN and Facebook. Twitter, Instagram and all those things are a bit beyond me I'm afraid.

Got an exciting day planned for tomorrow as I am going llama trekking! Sadly not in Peru though. Bit more local than that!

ilove we stayed for a night at The Pig at Combe, near Honiton, on our way to Cornwall. BA posted a photo of his parents there on his instagram account a few weeks ago. I'm assuming they still live down Exeter way, so it's very near them. I'm not on twitter or instagram but I do dip into them to see what's going on, esp Aldridge Army, Our girl army and BA's own accounts. Wouldn't have a clue about FB though

Nickel I didn't care for Monk at first but I warmed to him after a little while. ice I am getting quite excited now about it all after what seemed like months of hearing nothing at all.

Just packing my stuff ready for the llama trekking tomorrow. It's in the north Lakes and the temperature for tomorrow is 6 C! Scarf, gloves, jumper, kagoule, the works methinks!

I am pretty hopeless as I said kazza on Twitter but I do like pix's tweets from the Ops Tent.

Really glad Sean Sagar is back as Monk he's been in a few BBC3 things and is a great actor. Also extremely genuine and friendly. Gives the best hugs ever! Well apart from Ben....

I'm not sure if I'd want Sean Ward to be holding my hair as a retched into a sick bag. I'm a terrible flyer.

I'm hopeful that he's kept hold of his beard so far, alas I'm sure he'll be shaved and shorn soon enough
