Time for a new thread.

Last night's was the first time in ages I have actually enjoyed watching Corrie. What a difference a good plot twist can make!

Whilst we all recover from the shock of a plot not being immediately obvious from a mile away, just a reminder to everyone on the thread...however obvious a spoiler may seem to you, however many magazines it has been on the cover of, we don't talk about it on here. We are spoiler free.

I think it might be Amy too, or at least they are trying to make us think that way

The bit with the cctv is ridiculous as there still could have been chance for Phelan to push ken down the stairs right before Daniel got there as Phelan was there.

But Silly, the thing is they've precisely pinpointed the time Ken fell as he broke his watch. And at that precise time Phelan was recorded on the cctv.

I came on to find out how Rosie and Sophie got hold of that recording! It wasn't clear at all and left me very confused.

I agree they're trying to make us think that Amy's the culprit. There was all that stuff beforehand too where she whispered over the phone about the money being in the sideboard. If I'm honest, i don't really care all that much.

When Roseh and Sopheh came in they said 'mum have you checked your notifications'and then played the recording so it must have been posted on Facebook or twitter.

I thought Sally had lots of trolls on her councillor page. That has been mentioned previously.
Surely Amy had been in touch with Adam; she told him she had deleted all her messages. Obviously he never returned to Canada.

Amy was telling Adam about the money on the phone I assume?

Why does everyone assume Ken was pushed down the stairs ? Could he not just have stumbled and/or lost his balance ?

If it was Amy, why ? Also, isn't she in the frame for the prank call to Sally about her cancer coming back ?

The hospital said his injuries showed he was hit before he fell down the stairs.

Why is Amy in the frame for the Sally phone call? What would be her reason for it? I doubt she knew Sally had had breast cancer before as it was a few years ago.

Have I missed something about Amy and the prank call to Sally?

I assumed that's because she thinks Adam did it as she told him to come round the house for the £200 while they were all at the concert.

I thought the prank caller's voice sounded like Jenny, but I'm not convinced even she would be that crass.

Amy being Ken's assailant is a great suggestion - people are always saying how like her mother she is!

Why is Peter so worried about Simon's phone?

Maybe Simon asked his dad if he had slept with woman or drinking like everyone said, and he replied something like of course not and grandads going pay for this etc.

Though surely texts are saved in cyber space so killing phone makes no difference.

Could Seb be the one that attacked ken? We know he is aggressive and a bit of a tea leaf. Could he have sneaked in looking for something to nick and been confronted by ken and panicked? Thought sinead was dreadful tonight she really cannot act at all.

The Daniel and Sinead relationship is a load of baloney. What would someone like him see in her anyway? And forgiving her so quickly for aborting their baby? She's a terrible actress and her voice is beyond grating.

I agree - they have known each other 10 minutes. Chatted briefly a few times - a bunk up in the factory store cupboard and then she's moving in with him - yeah right! Oxford - couldn't move there too much family here - who ? seems to be just her Aunty Beth.

I think Rita is being totally unreasonable about Freddie's winnings. He probably should have bought a round though. Also are the real police as nasty and sarcastic as they always are in Coronation Street?

What on earth is the storyline with Freddie and the fruit machine or was it just pointless filler nonsense?
If it is a storyline Is he now supposed to be a gambler or is the story Rita and friends now don't approve of Freddie and Audrey relationship?
