Which series makes you jealous of people who haven't watched it yet, because they get the joy of seeing it for the first time?

In Treatment. Absolutely perfect TV series.

HolisticAssassin · 30/01/2017 14:11

^ I want to see this. Any idea where? Iirc, the therapy episode of the Affair with SATC Miranda as therapist was meant to be in similar vein.

ImperialBlether · 30/01/2017 14:31

Sorry I've got you all excited, but I saw it on Sky and now have the DVDs. I've just looked them up and they're expensive - I'm pretty certain I didn't pay much for them.

PigletWasPoohsFriend · 30/01/2017 14:36

House
Cold Feet
Breaking Bad

alltouchedout · 30/01/2017 14:42

Buffy, the first season of 24, the early series of Shameless, Green Wing, Cracker (any of them, but especially the ones with Robert Carlyle).

We need a thread like this for books!

TrionicLettuce · 30/01/2017 14:44

Hannibal. Both in terms of story and the sheer visual wonder of it.

The last episode of season three in particular was absolutely glorious. I'd love to be able to watch it again without knowing what was going to happen.

Eatingcheeseontoast · 30/01/2017 14:51

The Crown - really enjoyed it in a proper wallowing and 'ooh I didn't know that' kind of way.

The Wire - modern day Shakespeare.

Early Sherlock. My god I'd love to discover that now.

West Wing - but don't think I could bear to watch it at the moment - crazed idealistic fool that I am.
