Grin Washing & Middle

Of course Washing, but I'll never share my secret recipe or my binding percentage...

We can play street cricket and then have a hose / mud fight in the next-door neighbour's garden.

But what will we do about the fact that my aunt and your brother's ex-wife hate each other since the great Lamington bake off of 2007?

Is there a handy well they could both get trapped in until they've made up again?

AnneEyhtMeyer · 24/02/2017 22:43

Oh I'll investigate that one, there must be at least a pub kitchen they could get accidentally locked in in the meantime.

However, it will all get overshadowed when it turns out your aunt is actually my brother's ex-wife's secret mum, after she hid her pregnancy and left her baby in the local Men's Shed.

I am a bit disappointed with the lack of pets currently on the show. I miss Casserole. Can't I bring a sheep to the BBQ? Help keep the grass down

AnneEyhtMeyer · 24/02/2017 22:49

I liked the Galah called Dahl that lived with the Kennedys.

I think you'll find that is my other aunt, the evil twin sister of the aunt that got locked in the kitchen with your brother's ex-wife.

An easy mistake to make. My late uncle is buried under the gazebo near the lake for making a similar one...

MiddleClassProblem · 24/02/2017 22:52

Didn't he get knapped or something? What ever happened to him?

AnneEyhtMeyer · 24/02/2017 22:56

Oh yes of course, the secret evil twin sister with the different mother to her twin sister. An easy mistake to make indeed. I am so sorry. Did your late uncle live in Brookside Close, Liverpool when he had his accident?

The lovely twin with the other mother was actually taken in by the largest Lamington bakery in Anson's Corner, hence her tetchiness in the 2007 bake-off.

Dahl escaped, Middle. He had obviously had enough of watching blue box shenanigans.

😂🙈

ReggaeShark · 25/02/2017 04:10

What happened to Bossy?

MiddleClassProblem · 25/02/2017 08:22

Didn't Kyle take her to Germany or wherever he went?

Gatehouse77 · 25/02/2017 09:16

Imagine the poor children if Elly and Rob Beckett had children!?

Smidge001 · 25/02/2017 11:35

Who's Rob Beckett?

AnneEyhtMeyer · 25/02/2017 15:14

He's a young comedian with massive teeth, Smidge!

Gatehouse - Grin they would look like Rylan Clark!!

OP posts:
TheSecretMrsFairbrother · 25/02/2017 19:44

To be fair, Elly's teeth aren't real so she doesn't have to worry about passing on the genes.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 25/02/2017 22:19

Realism isn't really a consideration in Neighbours, though.

OP posts:
TheSecretMrsFairbrother · 25/02/2017 22:39

Actually Anne YABVU. How can you say Neighbours isn't big on realism?

Bouncers dream?
Harold getting swept out to sea and returning from the dead?
Various character face changes?
Steph Scully becoming the most desirable woman in the world?
Only one room in the hospital?
And the school?
Totally believable baby bumps and clearly not just a pillow up the jumper?
People thinking Brad Willis is a good father?

I rest my case.

GoldenGumballs · 25/02/2017 22:46

Don't forget Dr Karl paediatrician/oncologist/neurologist etc etc. Also teachers & mechanics fully qualified after 2 days at imaginary uni. Lucas fully healed from paralysis and Kyles fully healed from blindness Grin Love love love Neighbours!

AnneEyhtMeyer · 25/02/2017 22:50

I am totally ashamed of my flippant comment, I apologise. Its hard-hitting social realism is the key to its popularity, I see that now.

Hasn't Saint Susan of Sanctimonyâ„¢ made a remarkable recovery from MS too?

GoldenGumballs · 25/02/2017 22:58

Sausage socialism

MiddleClassProblem · 25/02/2017 23:03

It wasn't that long ago Toadie wasn't going to walk again after being attacked by a bouncy castle. I'm surprised Paul's leg hasn't grown back.

Clawdy · 25/02/2017 23:07

And if you move onto Ramsey St, at some stage you will live with Karl and Susan, and whatever your qualifications, you will probably land a teaching job at Erinsborough High......pretty realistic, no?
