Maybe Xanthe? Gary does owe someone lots of money, they might take his "princess" as an incentive for him to find the money. I bet the boot was empty in the first place & they moved the car to make him think he needed to pay them back. If Xanthe gets taken then Ben will probably be involved in rescuing her & they'll go back to being inseparable.

Or Dee, if she'd been kidnapped all those years ago & the kidnapper tracked her down. Toadie would do anything to protect her now if he felt guilty for not looking harder for her back then. His running off after her could give Sonya a reason to go sob her hormones out all over Mark leading to the classic soap "lift head off shoulder & gaze at each other as if seeing for the first time" move.

I saw something saying Leo thought Paul and Terese were behind the kidnapping so it's shed related. Maybe Tim Collins gets taken, Leo thinks it's shed related but it's something to do with Gary's dodgy mates?

Just checking in for some neighbors speculation - I'm drunk at the moment though so have no current opinion 😁

I would love for Paul and Therese to kidnap someone. They could start with Sonya.

I'm guessing the victim will be found in the well.

Everyone ends up in well at some point. You'd think that Mayor Sonya would have it filled in.

Well it looked like Dee and it sounded like Dee, think it probably was Dee. Unless she's got an identical twin. Does this mean Toadie is still married to her and not Sonya? Or does the fact that she was missing for so many years mean she was declared dead so he is in fact married to Sonya? Will he fall in love with her again? So many questions.

I think new dee is old dee's sister.
If dee was declared dead I assume that the marriage to Sonya is legal.

Yeah his marriage will be legal. I dunno about the older sister thing as I'm assuming he knew her. How would she have the ring unless someone got one mocked up?
Why didn't she contact her parents pre their death?

You could be right qazxc, she could be an imposter. She seemed very cagey when talking about Emily. It would be a very cruel joke if she turns out not to be Dee. Wonder if all the drama will lead to Sonya having a miscarriage.

Aargh, I really want it to be the real Dee! Really enjoyed Toadie being involved in a proper, emotional story of his own today rather than just as an accessory to Sonya's dramas... But the back story is a bit weird, especially this "Emily". Too bizarre.
Interesting cursory mention of the sister when discussing the parents' accident. If she felt so bad about not seeing her parents before they died, why wouldn't she go searching for her sister instead of just accepting she was gone... hmmm? But I really want it to be proper Dee!

Def something off - very cagey over Emily and going to the police. Seemed to know lots of small details tho. Wonder if there's a secret child somewhere??

Stupid crap about Dee being rescued. Surely she would have drowned and the rubbish about not seeing the wedding dress in the water.

I don't see how she could be anyone but Dee with her intimate knowledge of everything but there's something off. All that looking in the mirror at the end like she'd had plastic surgery or something.

That was bonkers! I'm going with it's Dee "disappeared" sister, who's had some surgery to look like her sister. Now their parents and her sister is dead, she's all alone in the world and clearly a little crazy. OR it's real Dee. But the sister makes more sense!

The Emily story is totally dodgy. Not sure how or why. But it's definitely dodgy.
